What a great place - this is as good as it gets for a business traveller: The hotel has only recently been opened, it is top modern, clean and stylish design - whichever piece of ultra hip, high end Muuto or Richard Behr furniture you …

The hotel is in a good location, nice and quiet and you can get into the city quickly. The room and the sanitary facilities are super clean. The cleaning staff was child-friendly and very accommodating and even helped us with our luggage and things. There are no criticisms. Definitely recommended.Price-performance fits.

I would check in there again and again. Just because of the super comfortable bed and the cool open shower. Highly recommended for couples or parents who just want to get away. The area is also great. Clear recommendation!!!

Great place to stay in the immediate vicinity of the city center. Apartment very stylish and super well thought out room concept. We had everything we needed for 2 nights. The Lavazza coffee machine and selection of teas are also great.Price-performance ratio is right.

Very cool apartment. Downstairs there is a small seating area with a sofa and a mini kitchen. Which we didn't use. Sitting down to eat would probably be a bit tight. But it's all possible with two people. There is a nice restaurant next door anyway.Pleasant residential area. Then very cool stairs up with a fully glazed shower and a really fantastic bed directly under the skylights.Mini flaw: The booking says check-in at 3 p.m. When checking into the hotel online (necessary for key key) you can also select 2 p.m.It's stupid when you arrive at 2:20 p.m. and the cleaner is in there and you have to stand outside.

As for the responses to the critical reviews, I'm already looking forward to the response to mine! From the outside the accommodation makes a nice impression. On the way to apartment number 6, the first thing I admired was the accompanying greenery (in technical terms: weeds) on the way in the joints and along the house. Around the corner, the first thing that caught my eye was the overgrown hedge that significantly narrows the path.We had booked an overnight stay, so we only brought a travel bag, a beauty case and a backpack. The first impression was valuable.Put the luggage down and noticed how narrow it was.So go up one floor and check out the highly praised royal bed. The next disappointment! The most beautiful bed is of no use if I can't use it.Yes, you can! The first person goes to bed, curls up under the sloping roof and then the partner can follow. And woe betide you, the first one has to go out at night. Then he has to roll over his partner or wake him up to get up. The one in front will certainly always be awake. You can't go out to the foot of the bed either because a clothes rail with hangers was improvised there, because there is no wardrobe per se!The shower is functional and well designed, only for people over 1.90m the height of the rain shower is tight! The toilet downstairs is also cramped and upon closer inspection it's not clean! The bowl was, but the sink was only clean when viewed from above. If you look more closely in the direction of the drain... That's how it is with fine porcelain, the hidden corners also have to be cleaned. Apart from the dirt splashes on the wall below the sink! And the loose paint on the floor wall transition doesn't look nice either.Want to watch TV in the evening? Not possible in the lower area! Sitting on the couch at a right angle to the television, which is then far too big for a distance of 50cm to 1.5m from the television, not great!A quick guide for the capsule coffee machine would also be helpful! Because put the water in, put the capsule in, close it and press the button didn't work! There was no coffee! All in all, the minimalist concept may well be well equipped. But if it doesn't work, I'd rather stick with the tried and tested! And I really don't care what's on the dishes underneath, on the furniture on the back wall or on the underside of the tiles! And given the expensive overnight stay (fortunately only one), the disappointment is even greater! And it should be noted about the outside area: Only the last lamp (apartment 8?) provided light at night. Everyone else in the hallway to the back was out!So, now fire away!

Quite good for one or two nights, although I don't think the price-performance ratio is justified. 180 € per night without breakfast, which in my opinion lacks the luxury advertised. The Lavaza didn't spoil us with coffee. Cleanliness? Well, cleaning next to and below the sink is urgently needed. Very little storage space for clothes and luggage. The bed is comfortable, but getting in and out is only possible from one side. There are only 30 m2, which are quite cluttered. You can hardly use the oversized television because the seating is a good meter in front of it.

Beautifully and comfortably furnished, really good beds and the small kitchenette had everything you need for a few nights... including coffee capsules 😀 Thank you. Everything was very clean

First of all: We were asked by a lawyer to delete this review. Who knows how many negative reviews there won't be here.Nice accommodation, a bit cramped but well equipped. However, private parking spaces are advertised for all guests, but they don't exist!!! This caused trouble with residents, including police intervention. It was also very disappointing that the cleaning service knocked on the door before check-out time and asked urgently to leave.Room difficult to find in the dark. Check-in is only possible with a mobile phone and after additional registration via the app.Based on these experiences, I would refrain from booking.Addendum: a later check-out was requested, but refused because of the reason that cleaning is always on site from 10 a.m.! Not a word of apology for all the stress. Public parking spaces are not private parking spaces that are advertised.
