My stay was pleasant, but I don’t think this is a 4 stars hotel.I had to wait +- 30 mins during the check in process. The girl at the reception was alone, but the queue was long. She didn’t call for help though, so lots of the guests have to wait for long just for check-in.The room was small, the chair looks old but it was clean. The bath towel etc looks old and needs to be thrown out.The location is good. There is bus station directly in front of the hotel. There was an insect (looks like baby cockroach? But I’m not sure) in the room. The walls are super thin! We can hear everything from the room beside us.The minibar was free though.Overall, it was good for a weekend trip, but I would not stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at this location by myself and found it to be in a safe, clean area. Easy to walk to the train station, bus stop right next to the hotel and always scooters ready to take. I found Hamburg to be a nice city to tour downtown on scooter.Staff was very helpful night and day…and friendly. Room was very clean and nice size. I upgraded to a canal view and appreciated the enhanced sights out the window. I loved that there was a yoga mat ready to use, as my back was stiff from traveling for 24 hours.

I recently stayed at a hotel perfectly situated as the closest location for the Harley Davidson event, and it proved to be a very convenient choice. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The personnel were exceptionally friendly, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the overall experience. Their helpfulness and positive attitude made a significant difference. The food at the hotel's restaurant, while not extraordinary, served its purpose adequately. However, the breakfast was notably overpriced at 30 euros per person, considering the limited selection offered. It didn't quite meet expectations in terms of value for money. The hotel also features a small gym and a sauna, which are nice amenities for guests looking to relax or keep up with their fitness routines. In summary, this hotel is a great choice for those attending the Harley Davidson event due to its unbeatable location and friendly staff. While the dining experience, particularly breakfast, could be improved, the clean rooms and added amenities like the gym and sauna contribute to a pleasant stay.

The construction work whilst we were staying caused a little bit of inconvenience, but this is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel is stylish and the rooms are nice, however, we were surprised to note a charge for the Wi-Fi which was wrapped into the total; we found the Wi-Fi to be very slow and unreliable and would not have paid for it had we been made aware that there was a charge for it.Nonetheless, the staff were polite and diligent and I would recommend this hotel as a well located place to stay whilst in Hamburg.

A 2 night stay at the Innside Hamburg Hafen was a pleasant one. It was a work trip for me so it hit the mark. The staff were excellent on reception, the rooms were clean and a decent size with AC and windows that open slightly.  …

I loved my stay here, since everything including its location, service and rooms was amazing. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars for the rooms is that they couldn't fix the air-conditioning in my three nights stay. They have fixed rotatable signs outside every room with the options of 'do not disturb' and 'clean my room'. There is no other option if you don't want both. One of the reasons they said why maintenance couldn't come to my room and fix the air conditioning.

Very nice hotel with functional rooms. When I checked in on a Friday by 11pm, ambient music was at a noise level of a discoteque and the coice of music was prettynmuch going with itHaving staff wearing jeans and t-shirts might be comfortable for them, but makes the difficult to identify as staff and in my opinionen does not look very profesional especially, wenn you pay over 130 Euro the night.Beds are comfortable and the minibar with 2 beers, 3 softdrinks and 2 waters is refilled for free every day.Breakfast is a "different animal", even though you need to wait to be seated, waiter just offers you plenty of seats at already occupied tables, a disadvantage of a "modern" co-working like restaurant. No everyone likes to share a table with strangers. Same for the 3 coffeemakers. Fresh brewed coffee is a nice thing, but having 3 coffeemakers, automatically creates lines. Not sure what is the fun in that. Besides that you only have the choice between strong and stronger coffee. Then you have German on "vacations" and when you experienced them already outside of Germany, then be prepared ! As on any pool, seats get "reserved" with whatever the have. You need to watch out. Juggeling with 3 plates in front of the coffee machine, as there might not be a second chance at the buffet breakfast, makes it more a battle ground, than a quiet Sunday morning breakfast. At check-in you receive a voucher for a welcome drink, which in my case on a Saturday evening, was much more relaxing at the bar, then a Sunday breakfast. The location is ideal and a lot is actually in walking distance. Should you stay in your room, due to jetlag or work, do not expect someone will ask to clean you room or refill your minibar, because the don't ! So far staff is kind of "northernly friendly". They are nice when you ask for something, but going some extra mile, is probably not expected. If you are a waiter and you are coughing, stay either at home or wear a face mask, like we did during Covid and do not cough running around the restaurant. Not everyone appreciates these kinds of "efforts" and I do not like to get sick.In the evening the restaurant seems not really busy and if you do not want to roam around in the safe neighbourhood, you might find an alternative overhere. Menu choices are limited and I do believe in relation to the restaurants around prices are average. Not sure about quality and taste since I did not visit the restaurant. Not my choice of food though.Last but not least, if you follow the signs to the public rest rooms from the lobby, they lead you the the level of the terrace at canal level, very cool and quiet place, which ai do not understand. Why there is no bar ? Only a little one, serving beer and soft drinks ? The "disco music" from the lobby would be nice overhere ! Fun fact, if you use the door next to the restrooms to enter the terrace there is no turning back, it is a one way door ! You need to return through the restaurant !Overall the hotel itself is a nice place, which on a Sunday morning is rather like a zoo !

Clear design, one of the better hotel chain offerings, they offer some nice Bluetooth boombox in the room, bathroom and bed are comfy and (not sure this is standard or was a treat for us) they invited for the minibar. I like how they try to create some vibe of togetherness in the ground floor breakfast and lounge area. Staff was friendly, but hey you are paying 4* prices, so they better treat you well. In Hamburg the location is a little off, but not too far away from all the places you clearly want to see in this wonderful city
