There is plenty of transit options nearby, but parking is expensive or a little bit rough near the hotel.Room was clean, no closet and the hairdryer hasn‘t worked (we didn’t need it)The TV was a little bit older, so no AirPlay, but okayThe build in Bluetooth speaker is a nice add-onFriendly staff

Was supposed to stay at this hotel. While on Google it says its in Hamburg, the website will direct you to the one in Stuttgart. Double check your booking. Only reason I noticed was because on the reservation confirmation they put the wrong name too so I called to correct it only to be met with the most unfriendly customer service.

Located not too far from the central train station, walking distance is a huge plus for this hotel. So glad they allowed me early check in as I was not feeling well. But there aren't any shops in the immediate surroundings.Nice clean room. Great staff.

When booking the room, I specifically asked to book a two single bed room.I tried to call their service 3 times, with only German language and waited each time on the line, until the call automatically ended by itself. No information.Rooms are mostly clean. There was a huge stain on the wall though. The self check-in didn't work, asked to pay again. Then had to wait 15 minutes in line to check in manually, there was only one person working. The service was mostly not so friendly, rather "straight to the point" and demanding, even arrogant. Didn't create a good feeling.I had to explain I already paid for the service. The service told me that "all of our beds are queen beds" and no solutions.Good price level with decent rooms but just the experience sucked.

Although the room was a tiny bit small, it was very clean and cozy. The bathroom in particular was spot on clean and had a lot of space for your toiletries. The lounge area is quite big and offers lots of seating area. There is also a bar and vending machines for drinks and snacks.I'd love to come here again for my next vacation to Hamburg!

Very nice stay here. The receptionist was great and allowed us to check in 2 hours early which was greatly appreciated. Room was clean and super quiet. Bathroom rather basic but good enough. Overall a great stay and would certainly come again

Room are very comfortable, silent and clean! The bed is comfortable and has 3 types of pillows. WiFi has good connectivity but there is not much space for work in the room, I guess is possible to work from the hall. Breakfast has variety but not very vegan friendly.

Don't book this hotel if you are traveling for business purposes. When I booked the hotel, it said that the breakfast was inclusive and there was a price per night. …

I've stayed in other Niu hotels and felt this one was not as nice as the standard I was expecting. The rooms were tiny, definitely not as big as the one shown in most advertising photos. The area is a bit run down but the two S/U Bahn stations nearby are very convenient. We walked to the Hauptbahnhof one day, which is possible, but if you have a full day ahead of you, I would recommend using the day ticket for public transport. The downstairs area and the 'bar' are much more like a Premier Inn than other Nius.
