For Uk citizens, hotel is like a premier class or travel lodge equivalent. Google maps direct you to the opposite side of road (we was travelling to Europoort Rotterdam and it is located on the opposite side of the road) checking in is very …

Very nice and clean room for the price.The lady at the reception was kind and helpful, and we could communicate very well in English. The check-in was quick and convenient.The breakfast was huge! The two of us ate one portion of eggs with bread roll and butter, and coffee with milk. Everything tasted great and fresh. The bread roll was crispy and delicious, like in the good old days, when we were young. The utensils and tables were clean, and we received our breakfast without waiting. The lady there was also nice.It was a good experience. I would like to thank the staff for working so hard, even during Easter, and for contributing to highway safety with their great services!

Nice and clear room, perfect for 1 night to have a rest on the long way, the only 1 problem THEY SHOULD PUT 1 FRIDGE IN THE ROOM! We missing this every time, and we just hope they will put one day.

Nice room. 2 sides of rooms. 1 side face towards to highway was a tiny sound from car from highway.( still good thoug) and we tried also the other side and there was no sounds. Still 5 stars for me thoug. 25% off to any foods once you order.

We have stayed here annually for the last 6 years & found serways reception staff excellent who are always on hand for any problems whereas things go downhill when you try to order food from Unser restaurant the most miserable ignorant …

+ Although being next to the highway the rooms are very quiet. Very easy and fast checking, with parking very close to the entrance of the hotel. Rooms are simple and effective, clean and modern. Recommended for a value-for-money hotel during a long trip.- Actually nothing that we dislike.

I've stopped at this rest stop during my last 4 trips. The place is really good for a stop when travelling with kids. There is currently a renovation of the toilets going on, so there were no alternate stations available for changing diapers, which was a little disappointing. The service staff seem to have also changed and it was a little difficult to communicate as they were not fluent in German or English.

Ok, the rooms are ok, fot the price. The thing is its very cold inside, obviusly the crisis gremany put or russia shows on the common people obly. I have never sleept in a room so cold. I even put the heating to the max but it was still les that 20C

The Serways rooms are all identical, small but clean and comfortable. The only difference is the breakfast. This one gives a 25% discount to guests at the food concessions. I paid about 9 euros, tea scrambled eggs bacon, bread roll etc. The buffet breakfast at others is better value. Still perfectly acceptable for a motorway motel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for the fastest stop and continue after a night sleep, then this is perfect. Otherwise think again. Also the breakfast is a fast one.
