A really cozy and beautiful guesthouse in the Bavarian Spessart. The country house-style rooms were super clean and the bed linen smelled fresh. The breakfast had everything you needed and the friendly landlady created a feel-good atmosphere for us with her lovely manner! We would love to come back, many hiking routes are still waiting for us!

Plentiful and varied breakfast buffet, the breakfast eggs were from our own chickens (organic eggs)free and very good WiFivery friendly and courteous staff who responded to my request after consultation.very, very clean quiet rooms and a nice breakfast roomThe hotel is located 400 meters from the center of Heigenbrücken and can be easily reached on foot.The forest is in the immediate vicinity, and I also went for a long walk in the forest.I think the price-performance ratio is excellentThere was a bicycle garage available for me as a cyclistI can only recommend this excellent "Hotel Berghof" to everyone.I have very fond memories of my 8 day stay in May 2019.Big compliments to the Steigerwald familySebastian

A very nice, cozy room with a wonderful view and a delicious, lovingly prepared breakfast made our stop at this hotel very pleasant.We (bikers) were even offered the garage as a parking space!We can only highly recommend this accommodation!

My son apparently broke the last slat of the slatted frame after the first night. He's 14 and doesn't jump around on the bed. To avoid any trouble, I reported it to the insurance company. After I got the money from them I transferred it. Received 2nd reminder today. Everything was clarified with Sparkasse. It was transferred to the correct number and that was over a month ago.

Rooms nicely decorated in Bavarian style. The landlady was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. At breakfast there was everything you need.
