I was alone with my two children 4 + 6 in a three-person apartment.The apartment was exactly as expected. Small, clean and cozy.There is a lot for the children to see and experience on the farm. This means that even as an adult you have a lot of time and peace because the children are busy.The landscape around the farm is almost kitschy beautiful. Heath, forest, fields, blackberries and blueberries to pick everywhere and very quiet.The hosts are very nice, always approachable and helpful.We will definitely book again because the week was too short for us.Definitely a recommendation for people with small children!

I recently spent a wonderful week of vacation at the Lindenhof with my 8-year-old daughter. The accommodations are cozy, functional and equipped with everything you need. You have direct access to the courtyard and a view of the playground via the terrace, where you can have a wonderful breakfast. An absolute highlight are of course the horses and the other farm animals. They can be fed together every day in the early evening and if you're lucky, you'll even find a few freshly laid eggs in the chicken coop. My daughter was able to ride and look after the horses every day. A lot is shown, explained and, above all, trusted.The farm is beautifully situated, surrounded by forests, meadows and fields. Since my daughter preferred to enjoy everyday farm life with the other children and horses, we stayed on site most of the time. So there was a lot of time for relaxation and nice conversations with the other families.The landlords are very friendly, helpful and flexible. Since the car unfortunately broke down at the end of our vacation, our stay was extended unplanned. Within a very short time we were given a room with a bathroom and even equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine and dishes. Just great! We will be back definitely.

Very nice vacation spot for children. There is so much to see, animals, tractors, lots of play equipment and you can also take part.Various excursion destinations such as wildlife parks and swimming pools can also be reached within half an hour.The rooms are absolutely acceptable with nice beds.Anyone who is a light sleeper should be warned about the roosters. ;-)

We were recently guests at the Lindenhof and felt very comfortable! Feeding and petting animals, taking pony walks, collecting eggs from the chicken coop, great conversations with the family!The animals are so well cared for! The children had fun!!The location is great! Although we always had to rely on our car, everything important can be reached in just a few minutes!Great excursion destinations can be reached within 20 - 45 minutes.Thank you for the great stay!!

We had a very nice holiday on this pony farm. Very nice hosts invite you to go pony riding or a pony walk every day. Feeding and petting animals is also part of it. Our children have a lot of fun...Highly recommended with children.

Beautiful holiday apartment in a quiet location with very nice hosts. We (family with one child) took advantage of the opportunity to go for a horse walk. Contact very friendly and uncomplicated. Very family friendly environment.Come back next year.

We had a wonderful vacation with our two girls. The Stelter family is really friendly. The entire facility feels like a playground with equipment and animals.The location is great, you can go hiking in the heath, visit smaller and larger cities and everything can be reached with the shuttle service.

My daughter and I spent our vacation with the Stelter family. The 2-3 person apartments on the ground floor are comfortable to live in even at higher temperatures; the pantry kitchen is practical and adequately equipped. You can sit and have breakfast on the covered terrace and I could also see a bit of the playground from our apartment. In the morning from 7 the rooster crowed in style ;) as it should on a farm. We also used the bread roll service, which was a great way to start the day.Everything is very friendly and familiar. Riding and interacting with the other animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens and goats was great). Older children can also move around on their own in a relaxed manner.My daughter really enjoyed the pony riding in various forms (lunge, walk, group riding lesson). These offers usually take place in the morning as required and in the afternoon you can explore the surrounding area (Lopausee, Wildpark and Heide Park Soltau).Lüneburg is also well worth seeing. We didn't take advantage of everything the area had to offer in the short term and will therefore be coming back next summer.

Wonderful vacation in a wonderful place!We stayed at the great Lindenhof with our 7-year-old daughter, in a three-bed apartment, small but clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need and the best thing was the terrace on the ground floor where you could have a delicious breakfast every day Bread rolls from the bread roll service, with a view of the chickens and goats. Directly adjacent is the beautiful playground with rabbit enclosure.Every day we started with picking up the pony from the paddock, cleaning it thoroughly, riding it on the lunge, cleaning it again, bringing it back, this item on the program alone was an absolute highlight, then playing on the grounds with the friends we had made new and dear to us. It was an absolute dream for our daughter and we were able to relax really well and had great contact with the other families. In the evening, feed the animals and then prepare scrambled eggs from the warm eggs from the chickens. Yummy.The hosts Mr. and Mrs. Stelter are super friendly, Joanne Stelter is such a lovely, great riding instructor.The surroundings are fantastic, there are lots of things to do, but apart from a visit to the swimming pool, we didn't leave the great area because our daughter was so happy and busy there.The only disadvantage was that we were only there for 5 days (far too short)!Since we've been back in Berlin, not a day goes by when our daughter doesn't express her longing for the Lindenhof, the ponies and her new friends.We always hoped to find a vacation spot that we liked so much that we would go there again, the Lindenhof is definitely that place!We'll be back and then for longer!!
