Very bad. In the picture posted is a picture of a room from 10 years ago. The room is understandably small. But I don't understand how to clean it before people move in. The bathroom looked like an abandoned bathroom. There are only snakes left. Because it's very dirty, very black, the shower can't be used. You have to connect the hose near the dishwasher to take a shower. Saw it and said he would fix it. But I've been waiting for a week and there's still no fix.

Stayed for 1 full year. Things encountered were:1. Notification of bathroom light repair It was never repaired until we moved out.2. Not returning the room deposit even though it was notified 1 month in advance according to the rental contract.3. Room with clogged water pipes, repair cost 1500 baht, already deducted from the deposit.4. The room deposit is not refunded at all. Informed that it caused a loss of rent and lost income for 1 month and had to be deducted from the deposit. I don't recommend it to anyone who enters the room. The dorm owner saw you too much.In summary, no deposit will be refunded at all.

No Standby Security or officer.
Small rooms. Water heater is not working. Just a little ammout of water flow for shower but the fee for water is fixed; 100 Baht/month. All the furnitures are old.

From the experience of staying for 6 months (as per contract) in my rose house, 3rd floor, room 302"Terrible", let's go through one thing at a time.1. Curtains are not provided. You have to buy them yourself. (If you don't wear them, they are as bright at night as during the day.)2. The internet that says 30 MB is really strong, but there are problems every day. It's like there isn't any.3. The bedroom is smaller than stated. The 26 squares that are said are only 20 squares.4. This point is the greatest. Hot water is available, but it's broken and I've called for repairs many times. There was no action at all. From the first day of moving in Until the last day Nowadays, we can survive by scooping water from a bathtub.5. Air conditioner. When you look at it, you can see that it was intentionally large. Spend a lot of money on electricity. Plus it's very loud. Even though the room is only a little small.Anyone who wants to live in a dormitory like this, I can tell you, "I don't recommend it."
