We highly recommend Sumitra Resort .The villa is beautifully designed and constructed right on the beach at a quite end of Sanur beach .We booked for 4 nights but certainly could of stayed another 2 nights.The high end layout is thoughtly done to make you feel at home .We ate most days in our villa , the food was delicious and the staff went beyond to make sure our stay was special .Well done Sumatra team and a huge congrats to the owners and architects in creating such a beautiful resort .

All was excellent 5* room/service and staff had everything needed for our baby even child seat on the bike for our villa pool was heated night swing was lovely room service was also great food was also very good. Definitely a good choice and lots on sea front if you walk or cycle down from hotel.

The vila quality and location and cleanliness are 10/10 but the hotel is not ready yet. It is particularly operating and there is no spa , no lobby, no restaurant. Maybe after 2 years or one it will be the best hotel in kuta but not now. You will enjoy in ur room the most with very nice staff, best services and quality but incase it matters to you to enjoy walking in hotel or having dinner in the restaurant or other facilities then you may think about it. Also there are noise at morning as they are constructing.

The villas are so nice and cozy.||Employees are very friendly and supporting.||All food and beverages are included - thats very comfortable.||so my family and I recoomend the hotel with the villas - it was one of the best hotels I have ever seen. also the teenager girls liked it a lot!

The villa is equipped with the latest facilities, making it clean, spacious, and stylish.The staff are also very friendly, and you can enjoy a comfortable and delicious breakfast in your room.However, there are some disappointing aspects of the system.The pool condition of the villa we checked into was not ideal, and the staff’s promise to restore it by the next morning kept changing.As a result, we ended up spending an entire day in a villa without being able to use the pool. It was only after we changed rooms the next day that we could use the pool.Additionally, it would be better if the pool water was continuously circulated.

I think it was close to perfection in all aspects, including the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the location, and the facilities. with childEverything was good on the trip.The ocean view and villa pool condition were perfect.If you go out to dinner on a rented bicycle,I loved the cool sea breeze.The cabana right off the coast was great, and I stayed with my 8-year-old child.I had so much fun playing in the water.Both breakfast and room dining menus were delicious.It looks like reservations will become difficult in the near future.A place you definitely want to come back to.
