Awesome!! This comes absolutely into our TOP5 camping experiences under our nearly 30 years of camping all over Europe!Beautifully situated, well kept area, large pitches, lovely landscape at the riverbank. Neat, clean sanitary houses.But all the best was the young host/hostess couple! Such kindness and helpfulness haven't we ever met anywhere before!! Very good campsite run by a Dutch couple. Large pitches, clean sanitary facilities (including an incredible baby/child bathroom), laundry, morning bakery service. The chairlift to Vianden castle is worth it.

Fantastic location, super clean and well maintained. It’s a shame the night manager is so rude, obnoxious and has no human emotion for a lady and children needing to get to their camper after 10pm, and making them walk in the rain from the (closed) gate instead of being allowed to be dropped off by private car. Rules may be rules, but clearly humanity and common decency is dead to these guys. Being ever polite in requesting, was instead shouted at through a window and threatened with being kicked out. What a guy.

Very good camping. In my opinion, better than campsites closer to the town. A very quiet place. You can have a place right on the river. Clean toilets and showers. A great place for bicycle trips.

Very nice owners, only there for 7 weeks, so there are a little issues what's normal. Very nice area close to Vianden city. The dish-area and the sanitair needs a little update. But all by all a wonderfull place to stay.

We stayed here for one night. Short walk into the town along the river. Facilities clean, staff friendly and location good.

This is a hidden gem. Pick a pitch, set up your tent, pay the fee at the payment machine, enjoy your stay. In the morning personnel of the tourist office comes and checks the place, answers questions and that’s it. There is no reception, there is no restaurant, there is no staff. But… the pitches are large, grassy, beautiful, next to the river, and flat. Rules are simple and respected by all. The sanitary facilities are spic and span, and kept that way by the self regulatory guests during the day. Used as a camping rather than a camper site, it should stay a hidden gem, it was one of the best!

Really nice, quiet place with a lovely river running by. Clean and tidy facilities. One of the best camping- experiences we have had. I would however appreciated some benches with tables on the camping- area for people who are unable to bring their own.

Great, tranquil place for a few nights’ stay. Clean, modern sanitary and spacious, flat pitches. Lovely location on the river and close to the village and its castle. Late arrival possible which is very convenient.
