Clean and very comfortable room. Large bathroom, the shower was great very good water pressure and water temperature. The location of the hotel is ideal, you have access to most of the stores. There is a popular restaurant inside the building. Very pleased with the hotel staff and the owner. It will be our favorite place to stay every time we are in the area.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel overnight. It's kind of a quirky hotel. There's no reception area. Our room key was in a lock box outside our door. The code to get into the hotel and to open the key box was emailed. There's no one on site if you have an issue, You are provided a phone number.The room was very basic. The bed was on one side of the room and the TV was on the other, so if you wanted to watch a movie you had to sit/stand in front of the TV. (One desk chair)The shower was phone booth size. I am not a small person and had to squeeze into the shower.The bed was comfortable, though.It was fine for one night, will probably not stay here again.

Clean, nice, comfortable room. Enough space- 1 king/2twins, a desk, closet, chairs, & TV. Plugs in were easy to access.Large spacious bathroom was very nice. The smaller shower was great (no tub). The blow dryer might be in the clothes closet if it’s not in the bathroom.There isn’t any staff onsite- on your booking, it will say your room number, a code to get in the door, & to access your key. They provide a number to call if you have questions- they are extremely helpful & speak German or perfect English!There is one restaurant in the building, it’s very popular Thur-Mon evenings. It is Extremely Noisy until 12am-ish during those evenings when busy. Otherwise, it is quiet.You can walk to the local churches. The store & shops are accessible too, a bit far though, driving would be quickest.No refrigerator in the room.

Extremely comfortable and generous room size, with big TV, and big bathroom! Was a fantastic experience whilst I was working in the area for 8 days. The staff were very friendly! Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area :)

We stayed in the Schlemmerscheune for one night at the weekend and were more than positively surprised by the beautiful and modern rooms, which are extremely spacious, the cleanliness and the friendliness at check-in. There is a sufficiently large parking lot right next to the house, which we found very pleasant. The opportunity to have something to eat in the restaurant downstairs also rounds off the great and extremely pleasant ambience of this hotel for us. We absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back when we are in the area.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The reservation via their homepage worked very well. We received the codes for the outside door and hotel room with the confirmation and didn't move into the room until late in the evening, everything worked smoothly. The room was very clean and spacious and the beds were great. The bathroom was completely new, beautiful colors and the shower had both a hand and rain shower, it was great!Large TV with many channels, enough clothes hooks and a wardrobe.Another personal comment:Maybe a comfortable armchair to relax in the room would make sense.But we were completely satisfied and would love to come back!

We were completely satisfied with our stay at this hotel! The location is simply perfect – the Barbarossa bakery is just around the corner, ideal for a delicious breakfast. There are also numerous shops nearby that can be easily reached on foot. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is great for exploring the surrounding area. There is also a large, free parking lot, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Check-in was uncomplicated as you simply had to enter a numerical code at the door. The hotel itself was very clean, we felt comfortable there. There is also a restaurant right next door where you can have a great meal in the evening. All in all, I can only recommend this hotel! We'd love to come back.

A great experience, hotel with a difference! Everything works automatically (booking, check-in, everything without reception), strong WiFi, great beds and a great TV. The bathroom seemed newly renovated. It was extremely clean and the staff was totally helpful! Top price-performance ratio. We'll be back!

Our employees are always on site and are very enthusiastic about the friendliness and efforts of the employees. Rooms are very spacious and clean.I had telephone contact with the lady there - she always tried very hard to find a solution for everything. Incredibly accommodating.It is absolutely recommended.We'll definitely be back.

We stayed here for 4 nights over a long weekend. There was a lot to see and do in the area, next to the hotel there is a beautiful park with a lake where you can go for a walk. The rooms were very clean and the service staff (only available via email and telephone) was super friendly and was able to help us with any questions. Special recommendation: there is a delicious Italian restaurant right next to the entrance! We would always come back.
