Staff is wonderful. The design of the breakfast buffet is really awful though. You do have to push multiple to get to cups and plates. Our beds had a lot of weird padding on the ln and we're extremely small for a three bedroom with no storage.

We received a very warm welcome. The room was modernly furnished and completely sufficient. It was very clean, the service was great. The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and the offering was completely sufficient. Especially the nice lady who was on night duty was the soul of the house, really caring. Absolute recommendation.Henze family

From Monday to today I was at the B&B Hotel in Idar Oberstein with my daughter and my two grandchildren.The way you are treated as a guest here is simply remarkable. Every wish was fulfilled. Our two little girls were treated like princesses.Great breakfast, everything was always replenished quickly and freshly prepared. Special requests were also no problem and were fulfilled very quickly.The service staff, whether cleaning lady or kitchen staff, was just great.Particularly noteworthy are the hotel manager Anja Hillerich and her colleague Enrico Wagner.These two look after “their guests” with more than commitment and love.If there were more people like these two, the world would be a better place.Keep it up!❤️

On the way from Frankfurt to Trier I landed in Idar Oberstein, my bus to Trier didn't come. And I stood alone on the street at night.Looking for somewhere to stay overnight, I tried my luck and then called this hotel. The woman on the phone said that the hotel was already closed and she was no longer there. I told her my situation and she was so nice and said that she would come to the hotel at night to do the check-in and gave me a bottle of water.I don't know who this woman was but I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart, you really saved me. I am spiritual and believe that the universe takes care of me and sends me such great people in difficult situations.Thank you and all the best🙏LG Anastasia

Newly opened, everything is still nice and new. Breakfast buffet at its best and very appealing. Very nice welcome, everyone was very, very friendly. Especially the older lady at the reception and in the morning at the buffet and at lunch and in the evening and in general, always helpful. A very big thank you
