Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was very small but it had everything we needed and was clean. When we had a problem in our room ( the hotel was not at fault), they came immediately and had it fixed within minutes. It is a great location and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The reception area was nice and a good place to sit and have a drink. They do offer a buffett breakfast at €16 per person but we are not big breakfast eaters so €16 was a little high for us. When we come back to Koblenz, we will definitely be staying here again.

I stayed here on my visit to Koblenz. The bed was comfy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety.However, when I asked how to get to the castle, I was told you could only get there by cab. The hotel has a taxi cab company they work with. This is not true. You can get there by bus. If i recall bus 607.The next morning, i noticed by the doori n the corner was mould. It was not discolration. As claimed by the hotel management. But mould.In order to use the elvator, you must use your room key card. The doors are also extremely heavy . Which made me wonder how safe the area was. I have never been to a hotel with such heavy doors.The room wasn't very clean. I walked in the room with my socks on. My socks from the floor were filthy.

The location is very good every thing is near museum, restaurants, döner train 🚉 , bus stops and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the service is very good, especially the Arabic guy and one person Mr. Gari who is on duty at night, was very helpful to us and the staff at the breakfast place was very friendly.Especially Miss Selvie 😊 is a very hospitable and friendly lady with guests.

Really nice modern hotel right next to the Aldstadt and 10 minutes walk to the Moselle River. Comfortable rooms, good bar and free coffee available. Reasonable price. Lovely clean bright design. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Straightforward 15 minute walk from Koblenz Hbf. Recommended.

Good location, just in the city center and close to shopping mall and several restaurants. Easy to reach by walk from railway station as well. Service is ok, friendly and fast, it just consist on check in, all the rest is self service. Breakfast costs 15€. Rooms are clean, not loud but small, I was barely able to move around the bed and stay seated on the desk and work on my laptop. bathroom also very clean. I would suggest for short stay.
