Your staff were all friendly & helpful. The room was very clean & comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food & beverages in a comfortable setting. The location of the hotel was very good for sightseeing Strasbourg. We were surprised & a little disappointed there were no facilities in the room for making tea or coffee. It would be helpful to have at least one hand towel to go with the two bath towels. The breakfast room was nice but, especially when busy, there was almost nowhere to place your tray, or even just a plate, when selecting food. This was a particular problem around the cooked bacon & eggs area.In the breakfast area it would have been helpful to have the means to fill a water bottle with cold water ready for a day's sightseeing.

What can I say? Ibis is always a known quantity and never disappoints. This hotel is clean, well run and displays the typical value of every Ibis I’ve ever stayed in. Everything worked, everything was clean, no complainants. …

We chose this hotel because it’s listed on Hotels.com as having parking with chargers for our electric car.It doesn’t.Instead they told us to go to another car park which is too far if you have a lot of luggage - and which also costs more than double the price (44 eur/day) for parking compared to the hotels own car park. On top of that the other car park charges an exorbitant price for charging on top of that.Rooms are fine a location is good - but this sort of misleading advertising is not cool.

This time, I felt that the lifts and the general reception area are ready for a refresh - they are looking a bit tired. The staff continue to be friendly and helpful. However, the door from the underground car park is sometimes a problem as neither of the two hotels seem to have staff monitoring the ring button well.

Comfortable bed but pillows very soft, good shower reasonable sized room. Plenty of variety for breakfast although some berries would have been good to go with the other fruit. Staff helpful and polite.

Good rooms, lacked a fridge but had ac. Sadly the shower varies a lot in temperature and it was kinda small, we stayed in 3 accor hotels in france and they were all the same, including the temperature problem. If you like a hot bath, be careful.Location isn't the best in strasbourg, but it's a small city, so 10-15 minute walking will take you everywhere. Important: its right beside a club, so it can get loud. They asked us for a deposit, which is very rare for a hotel to do, havent seen it in years. It went well, they only charged city tax, but it isnt the nost comfortable thing to do.

Bed was great. Bars were not, Euros fans kept us up even with the window closed. Location is great otherwise. Shower is very slick.

Hefty rate for a tiny room and very poor amenities. Bed has two single mattresses put together that keep moving away from spring board and detach! Very uncomfortable. Charged my wrong card and won’t correct their mistake. Poor customer service. Won’t go back.

Excellent location, clean room, comfy bed, and friendly staff overall, but the breakfast was poor, I was expecting much better.

I must say, it was a delightful experience. The value for money this hotel offers is remarkable. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. Situated close to the city center and the charming old town, I found myself within walking distance of many of Strasbourg's top attractions. Exploring the city was a breeze. The check-in process was both fast and welcoming. The receptionist I interacted with was friendly and spoke English fluently. My room on the seventh floor offered a clean and comfortable space with a great view. The only minor downside was the absence of a refrigerator and a safe box in the room, which would have been convenient for storing valuables and beverages. The bathroom in the room was spacious and well-maintained,The breakfast offered was of high quality, featuring a variety of organic bio fruits, low-sugar products, freshly prepared eggs and bacon, as well as locally baked goods. The combination of these options provided a delicious and wholesome breakfast banquet.I highly recommend considering Hotel Ibis.
