Great location, very friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Rooms were okay, could be better in terms of cleanliness and details. Some things were quite worn out and the shower didn't have great water pressure or temperature control. Overall I would recommend It for its location and the value. And the rösti at breakfast :)

Excellent hotel, super well located close to train station and the entrance to La Petite France and the tram stops at the door.Staff is very kind, you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out which is really convenient.Rooms are ok for the price, ours looked nicely refurbished and modern, just air-con in summer was not properly working maybe, it was more on ventilation mode than cooling, but it was good to have something to refresh you somehow after being exposed at 30• in August :)100% recommended!

Super cute and trendy hotel! So much character in every room, and they stick to a theme really well. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely incredible, food from several different cultures to cater to the guests.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I later stayed at another hotel that made me appreciate this one even more. It had all the basics you need, plus really working air co which in 30 degree weather is a huge must. Also cute bathroom decor! This was all I needed. Thank you

We had a two bedroom apartment. We were not told the bedrooms were upstairs from the main sitting room. The sofa bed was also made up. This left no room to sit or walk around. I was not able to use the stairs so I was confined to the tiny sitting area. The shower was cracked. There was no drain in the basin. So it had a bad smell coming from there. There was never anything decent for breakfast. The hallways smelt damp. I wouldn't recommend this place

The hotel is perfectly located, less than two minutes from the canal and about a ten minute walk from the quarter "petit france". The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was very clean, good size for two people and same as the rest of the hotel it was decorated with a fun poster. The hotel is very cool, has kinda a pop-culture vibe and fun details everywhere. It's clean, cozy and modern. I really loved it and would stay there again any day.

Never going back. DESPITE RODENTS INFESTATION PROPERTY REFUSES PARTIAL REFUNDWe spent a couple of days at that hotel recently. While the location and the room were okay, I cannot say the same about the hygiene. We had booked breakfast and at the very first morning we saw A MOUSE RUNNING BETWEEN THE TABLES AT THE RESTAURANT!!!!! I went to complain to the staff and I was told that they are aware BUT CANNOT CATCH IT BECAUSE IT RUNS TOO FAST. Unfortunately I didn’t make a video because I was too shocked and my initial reaction was to just go and ask WHY IS THERE A MOUSE IN THE RESTAURANT?! I was absolutely shocked. Another thing about the restaurant was that the dishes were stinking - initially we thought it was the food, but upon closer examination it turned out to be the dishes. I can only assume they were patting them dry with the same filthy towel for weeks without washing it?! The apartment would benefit from a good dusting, but compared to the rodents in the restaurant, it’s nothing.Needless to say, we never went back to the restaurant. I have filed a complaint and I strongly feel that they need to reimburse us for the breakfast and that, in general, they should close the restaurant until they make sure that the hygiene is good enough!EDIT: In response to the comment of the owner (thank you for the polite response), the dishes did not smell of a detergent I didn’t like, they smelled like dirt. While I do believe that they clean their dishes, I am saying that they are not washing and changing the towels with which they dry them often enough. Please correct that immediately, I was this close to alerting the authorities. I expect reimbursement of the price of the breakfast for this incident. Also, the staff did not say anything about works in the basement, they said that the mice come from the open door to the garden since the restaurant is on the ground floor. Why they keep it open then, was not clear.

Nice modern/hip hotel with small but modern rooms. The location wasn’t that great but maybe that’s because I didn’t like the city that much (e.g. didn’t feel very safe).

The biggest problem I had with this hotel was finding it, it's on a pedestrian only street....you can drive on the street only to drop off your luggage and you must park in a parkade across the street & when the trains are not coming! We are Canadians and aren't really familiar with trains on our streets, a tad stressful! The two complaints I have; there were 10 of us staying at this hotel, my husband & I, 4 sons, 2 spouses and two friends...2 of my sons said they had no towels in their rooms, and my son on his honeymoon, his room the air-conditioning wasn't working! That is the reason for the 4 stars. The staff was great and very apologetic about the towels! The hotel is in a great location, central to everything, better if you don't have a car!

Horrible hotel. The air conditioning did not work, the room was small for three people. On the site booked with breakfast, in the end it turned out that breakfast is not included in the price and had to pay extra separately. Not recommended!!!!!
