Excellent rooms - we were in a newly renovated room which was done out beautifully, with extremely comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom. The location is great with the hotel being a short and interesting walk to the old town, and across the road from the train station. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a relaxing seating area downstairs with water and fruit available. Breakfast is also included which was a welcomed bonus. Our room did not have a fridge in it, however this was not an issue.

The hotel is located right next to the train station, which is very convenient. The staff was friendly, but when we asked for restaurant recommendations, we only got the city map with the officially recommended places which all had quite bad reviews on Google. So l, we had to find a place on our own.Our room was very small and the room of my parents had a shower head which didn't work well. Also, the warm water took a very long time to come. The breakfast was varied and the quality was good.

A Relaxing Stay with Convenient Access:We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and our experience was overall very pleasant. One of the biggest advantages is its location: if you're arriving by train, the hotel is directly across from the station. This proximity instantly takes away the fatigue of travel and sets a relaxed tone for your stay.Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted us warmly. Their soft-spoken and courteous manner made the check-in process smooth. After paying the city tax, we received our room keys without any hassle, which further added to the sense of ease. The rooms offered a stunning view, which was truly a highlight of our stay. The room size was decent—comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the Wi-Fi speed was a bit of a letdown; it wasn’t as fast as expected, which may be something to keep in mind if you need reliable internet access during your stay.Another plus is the variety of food options available nearby, with different cuisines within walking distance. If you prefer, ordering through Uber Eats is also an option, and you can conveniently pick up your order from the hotel front desk.Overall, the hotel provides a relaxing and convenient stay, especially for travelers arriving by train, although the Wi-Fi could use some improvement.

Big SCAM! They charged us 4 times and only after a lot of discussions they admitted it was an error.. They also tried all sorts of tricks not to give us our 7 rooms, most probably because the hotel was overbooked and we had a good price. Very unprofessional and unsympathetic front desk except the guy. The hotel is under renovation and bad smell in the rooms and corridors. Very low ceiling inside rooms, not recommended for claustrophobic people, the window being very small., Do yourself a favor and AVOID this hotel!!!

This hotel was undergoing some renovations that probably explain a few disjointed things. …

We booked a standard room, but they told us we got an upgrade and they give us a superior room. I don’t know if that was superior how poor the standard would look like. The room was extremely basic, even not a sofa, no mirror, no decoration. In the bathroom, there was only one liquid for hand, body and hair. They removed the minibar to save the “environment”. You didn’t have to fill it, but just leave the fridge inside the room! The room was super ugly, not at all like the photos. The TV was just the usual French public channels. The bed was comfortable though. That was the inly good thing about it.

Just a 3 min walk from Strasbourg Train Station straight across the plaza. Very easy walk to most sights such as the river and famous covered bridges and towers (5mins) or cathedral (10mins). …

We had one of the old rooms, which has not been done up yet. Very clean and served its purpose. The air-conditioning was fantastic as the temperature was in the 30s.
