Big room, good breakfast, uncomfortable beds and pillows, very noisy from the street even with closed windows, the room is quite dated.

This modern, beautiful hotel is inside a park in a small town. There is a nice, big spa 7 minutes walk from the hotel.||||Our room is at the top floor which is newly refurbished except the bathroom.  …

This hotel is none too inspiring on first sight, but the inside makes up for it. The rooms are simple, clean and perfectly ok with a small balcony and sitting area. It is the common parts which make the difference. …

Rooms are quite spacious, newly renovated. Breakfast is good. If you like fake snake wallpapers and fake zebra furniture then it’s gonna be your heaven. Otherwise the lobby is an eye cancer with all the stuff everywhere, different patterns in every corner.😝

We stayed at this hotel with a small group. ||The hotel’s parking is just 2min. walk from the main entrance and has plenty of spaces. The hotel is one of the first when entering the town of Bad Bergzabern. …

I don't understand the reviews, very disappointed! To begin with, very old hotel! When you enter you smell a damp smell. The bathroom is a horror from the 70s, not very clean, it’s really scary! The rooms are ok but very simple. No effort on the tongue either. And the service really blah blah cannot satisfy our requests we asked for water for the room they did not want to give us any in the end we had the right to a carafe of water normally provided free of charge and the surprise we had to pay 5.90 for tap water! More expensive than cokes served in restaurants! For the meal shocked because only 2 types of dishes and 1 dessert for people with allergies or who don't like it it's complicated, it's not a restaurant but a canteen! But in terms of taste it was good, we remain hungry for the price paid is not correct.

It is still unthinkable that a hotel so close to France does not have a French-speaking member of staff, no effort made and you are made to feel the annoyance! The receptionist even refused the translator to explain to us how it worked but was able to make it work to ask for a tip in front of our room door!!
