We were in Keiserslautern for work and this place was perfect! A very local feel, nestled in the twisty roads of a quiet area. Room was clean and well appointed. …

I stayed at Hotel Ari a total of six times- the rooms were small, but clean and the hotel staff are super friendly. This is a great value for the money and the room comfort. …

When you walk in, you notice that this place doesn't feel comfortable. The paint, furniture and arrangements - they're trying too hard to look new and modern. …

This was as enjoyable a stay as I could of asked for due to being on business. The hotel staff were very friendly and this unique hotel felt more like staying at a family home than a hotel. …

Very impressed with this hotel and have stayed in many over the years due to work. Without a dought the cleanest rooms I've seen. Each room has a fridge and a kettle which is better than most hotels. Bed was nice and comfortable and would love to know where they buy their duvet's from. As they were nice and soft.Hotel staff were very friendly and the food was better than expected. Hopefully I will be able to come back again.

I stayed at Hotel Ari during a brief visit to Kaiserslautern. While listed as located in the city of KL, the location is actually a bit outside of the city perimeter, ie about 8 mins drive. …

A nice location and a stiff walk to the castle at the top of the hill - but the air on the way is fantastic. There was no coffee and tea equipment in the hotel - but a machine for coffee or hot chocolate (it was quite good) for 50 cents in the hallway. The drinks fridge in the room did not work (no cooling). There is a nice Biergarten, the staff were friendly and helpful - unfortunately the cook had broken his foot and was late in on Sunday morning - so breakfast was 15 or 20 minutes later than I would have wished.

This place was fair. The staff were ok but didn't go out of their way to be polite and helpful. The room was clean but there were several things that needed to be fixed - the shower door and a drawer was broken. Also there were several things like the TV that had few channels and no instructions and a light fixture. The breakfast was included with the rate for the room (82 euros, I think). Cold cuts, brotchen, eggs and bacon, jams, cheeses and coffee. I went to the bathroom in the restaurant and it needed some attention as there were spiders in the corner, etc. The place was marginal. I'd check around for other places. Again, if you need a basic room for a night this place is ok. Not a beautiful town with views, etc. Just a place to stay.

Ah very clean and warmly decorated hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel rooms are somewhat dated, but properly equiped. The beds and especially the blankets were fantastic and so was the breakfast. There is a big free parkinglot behind the hotel as well.

Their reception states open until 10p.m. We arrived at 9p.m. via taxi. The entrance was dark so the taxi waited. We went up the steps and the door was locked and no one answered the door. …
