We booked this place through OYO and when we arrived the staff told us they don’t use OYO and we would have to pay cash. Due to arriving so late we couldn’t really go elsewhere, so we paid for the room in cash (150% of the on line cost).Two hours after we checked out the following day, the hotel checked us in and out on OYO system, meaning we were not only charged more for the room, but charged twice. Fortunately I insisted on a receipt to make a dispute with OYO, but we were still scammed out of 70,000 Rupiah.The room itself was ok but has no towels or hot water. Suggest you don’t book in advance unless you want to be scammedAlso somebody tried to get into our room in the night so be sure to lock your door

Bad!!! Don't come here guys, we're getting scammedI've booked via Agoda for 3 rooms but when we got there the waiter said he hadn't cooperated with Agoda since 2 years ago and indeed many guests had had exactly the same thing happen like this, and then we were asked to pay cash again. The explanation seemed very relaxed when it came to things like this, we asked for the owner's telephone number to chat but they were given a fake telephone number. Eating haram money!!!!!

After paying and getting confirmed through agoda, upon arrival the property claimed that they are not on any online app anymore hence my reservation does not exist. Ended up paying cash onsite. Worst experience and expected both Agoda and Oyo to be more prudent about these scams.

The waiter doesn't have any responsibility but instead he's stubborn!!!! eat haram money!!! Jing how many customers have been harmed!!

I once ordered via the application, and I paid via transfer and it was successful... but when I arrived at the location there was no one/customer service... so I was forced to have a refund via the application... and the refund amount that was returned was only 25% of the total price the message..and at that time, not only me, there happened to be 3 guests who came at the same time as me, so the result was that we all felt disappointed. Thank You.

Strategic location close to the city, spacious and safe car park. The rooms are spacious, there are no towel facilities, toothbrush belts and shampoo. So if you stay here you have to prepare beforehand

Today 2/8/2023 I checked in. Location near food sellers, cellphone counters. Ample parking. Service is ok and friendly too. The rooms are clean, there is hot water too.

You should be given information about the check-in time.The thing is, I was traveling from Surabaya to Banyuwangi at night. So until dawn.The visitors were thrown out and told to cancel their bookings in an unfriendly manner.Even though the application has been paid for.It's better to just look for a hotel in Surabaya, don't go through OYO. I'm afraid something similar will happen again.Luckily at dawn, the mosque was starting to get busy.

I ordered via the application but when I got there the receptionist immediately went home with the excuse of taking a break. Had to check in in the morning because it was past the 12pm check-in deadline even though I had already paid for 2 days' rent. The telephone number cannot be contacted.
