This is a great apartment if you need a short-termed furnished apartment. We were there for 6 months. It’s really nice to have maid service once every two weeks and they do a great job in cleaning the apartments and the buildings. They speak English at the main office and pets are welcome for a reasonable fee. There’s always parking - if not in the main area, the one easily accessed by your card. You can get things delivered to the main office and they’re great about responding quickly to issues. There is a Rewe nearby, but walking it is hard - about 25 minutes through an odd route. There’s also a restaurant on the golf course which serves a nice lunch and dinner. Outside if that, Budenheim restaurants, pharmacy, etc., are a 7-10 minute drive. The Wi-Fi goes down fairly often, I’d say at least once a month for at least a full day.It would be nice if they were more handicap-accessible. You can obtain a key to access a ramp through a separate entrance, but if you do have issues walking/are in a wheelchair, it’s steep, long and it is convoluted from the main entrance, entering in the basement. The showers tend to overflow a little and the tv isn’t great (it often has issues requiring a complete unplugging) - if you look up the brand, it was discontinued for exactly those problems.Overall, if I needed to go back, I’d definitely stay here again.

Warning: This is an apartment - not a hotel. Meaning that there are no clean sheets, no emptied trashes, no clean towels, no toilet paper, etc.  …

Brand new apart-hotel, the pictures don't lie, you get what you see. Big rooms and the bed was good. Each apartment have it's own balcony, which makes it possible to sit outside and enjoy your meals and dinner, when the weather allows it. Located next to a golf club. Worth taking a bike-trip in the area and/or along the Rhine river. Bike/walking distance from train/bus stop. Big and free parking space.

Nice aparthotel. The rooms are quite big, are clean, there are towels which are also changed daily.||Hotel is located next to the golf course, where you need to do the check-in. So make sure to confirm your time of arrival to them.||Furthermore, in the club house, there is a very good restaurant!

Does by far not meet hotel standards (Equipment, features), everything ultra-cheap, non-compliance with disability act, etc.; Lots of VERY international guests, extremely loud, impossible to feel home. Owners try to gouge guests.

Warning: This is an apartment - not a hotel. Meaning that there are no clean sheets, no emptied trashes, no clean towels, no toilet paper, etc. All of these services are optional for an additional fee but are not included in your stay. You must provide these things yourself. Also, the free WiFi is basically non-existent and unstable. Definitely not worth the price. The views from the top floor might be ok, but this apartment is in an industrial park, so you would be looking at industrial buildings. Not near shopping and can not walk to any stores. It does back up to a golf course if you are into that and don't mind working your way past the pot heads who hang out between the hotel and course. Our room also has a very strong and unpleasant odor. After over a week of Febreeze and open windows, it still is strong and almost impossible to sleep in. Overall, an awful experience. Will not be back.
