There was very bad internet in the rooms. The owner told us that breakfast on Monday is from 6:30. The staff forgot our breakfast.

We had half board - fortunately: the dinner was the best.The rooms were spacious, clean and with excellent showers.Everyone was very friendly and the boss always had time for a chat.That's how hospitality works!Gladly again if the opportunity arises.

Rhine-Neckar regulars' table of our motorcycle forum.At first the buck was on our side because we had made a reservation for 10 people at the last appointment, but in the end there were only five of us. Certainly not nice, but unfortunately there were a few cancellations at short notice.What followed were subterranean, loud tirades from the innkeeper and linearly increasing rudeness from his wife throughout the entire evening. As a guest, you don't have to continue to endure this extremely unpleasant atmosphere, as even the best food is no longer tasty.Attending a etiquette school would be strongly recommended here.Conclusion - regulars' table continues, but never here again!

Absolute relegation and zero goodwillWent to the hotel yesterday and as quickly as we got there we were out again. The hotel needs to be renovated as it is very old. The room was a disaster, there were creepy crawlies in the bathroom as well as one or two spiders in the bedroom and stains on the ceiling. We can only guess when the last time it was really cleaned. In the toilet there was a kind of plexiglass panel ceiling where various dead animals could be seen. When the owner was made aware of it, all he said was that this couldn't be the case. We couldn't sleep in the room because my wife is also pregnant and no one was willing to look at the problem. We wanted to check out and were immediately informed that we had to pay the full amount because cancellation was not possible and referred directly to his terms and conditions without finding a solution. Was never helpful or willing to compromise

Absolutely recommended!Great hosts, beautiful hotel. Tastefully furnished rooms. Very quiet location. Absolutely unbeatable price/performance ratio. We would love to come back.
