Super friendly landlord. Beautiful holiday apartment. We've been enjoying coming here for years. Can only be recommended.

We have been regular guests at the Max-Josef guesthouse for years and always enjoy coming back. The apartment (Neureuth) is a well-equipped, very cozy and spacious holiday home, you can feel comfortable here. The price-performance ratio is right here. The Polano family are extremely nice landlords.

We are here for the first time and it is simply perfect, super friendly and helpful reception, super great apartment with 2 balconies, great view, thank you very much the Polano family for the lovely but, as always, too short time that we were able to enjoy with you, we will I would be happy to recommend you to others. I'm suspicious of all the good reviews. Many give the highest score without any comment. The fact that the first reviewer has the same name as the landlord is certainly a coincidence.The lake and the town center of Tegernsee can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and the train station in 2 minutes. Various restaurants are also nearby. The location of the apartment is therefore quite attractive. Unfortunately, the house doesn't make an inviting impression from the outside. It is very old and it looks that way.The Panorama apartment has a few special features. There is no living room, just a dining room with a kitchenette. A television hangs on the wall above the refrigerator. This room does not have a window or heating. It is so dark that even with the doors to the two bedrooms with windows open, you constantly need light, even on sunny days. If you leave both doors closed and no lights on, you get a feel for what it must be like in a crypt.The apartment has 2 bedrooms. But I can't imagine how four adults could stay here.Lt. There is a “stereo system with radio, CD player” in the apartment. What really exists is a clock radio.Apparently the apartment is only cleaned very superficially even after a change of tenant. The kitchen utensils, especially pans and pots, are in such a condition that you don't want to use them. There are spices in the kitchen cupboard that have expired for 2 years.

Apartment Panorama has no daylight in the kitchen\living room.Two large bedrooms with a large balcony where unfortunately you have no sun all dayKitchen well equipped and nice owners.

I had the single room with a small kitchenette, so self-catering is not a problem, the hosts are friendly and have 40 years of experience, they are usually booked well in advance, paying by card is possible, otherwise everything is within walking distance...

Very cozy holiday apartments. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The starting point for hiking or public transport can be reached in just a few minutes. Everything was great 👍😊
