We had an guesthouse with kitchenette on the third floor, with balcony facing east receiving pleasant early morning sun rise and cool evenings in the shade on the balcony. Not a hotel, no room services. But the staff was kind to due our laundry as we were on an extended trip. Nice walk into the center of town and the community therme and pool one block away. Short walk to a nice sports bar to watch the 2018 world cup first round games in the evening. We have visited Lake Tegernsee many times, each trip a new hotel. We will gladly return to Gästehaus Johanna for all our future visits. Plenty of auto parking.

A beautiful place to stay, everything was excellent. Our apartment was spotless, spacious and just perfect. The balcony was lovely. The owners so friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return. ❤❤

The guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. The hosts and personal are friendly and helpful. We had an incident while our staying so they were very attentive and really supported and helped us.

Cozy, clean, friendly hosts. We left 90 euros of our travel money in cash in the closet. The Romanian cleaning lady honestly delivered it to the hostel mother and through her she sent it to us. Simply great! If we go to Tegernsee again, then only to GH Johanna.

Super centrally located apartments with charm. The promenade in Bad Wiessee can be reached on foot in just a few steps. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. This is our second time visiting here and we are already looking forward to the next time.

The apartment looked even better than in the pictures, a great bathroom, beautifully furnished rooms and a perfect kitchen. Everything had been thought of, nothing was really missing. The balcony was nice and large and modernly furnished. I was very happy in this apartment, relaxation was guaranteed. Thank you very much for everything.

Very nice and clean guesthouse. We really liked it. However, Bad Wiessee is a bit dreamy and the main road around the lake is quite annoying. A lot of traffic. The cycle paths around the lake are also suboptimal. However, there is absolutely nothing to complain about about the accommodation. We slept well and were very satisfied :-)
