Clubhaus Bachmair Weissach

Our experience at CLUBHAUS was very short and very bad, probably the worst I had to date! I have to say I am using a wheelchair (for 22 years), but I (still) travel the world and never had such an experience before.I was with my partner asking for a table at CLUBHAUS that was free last Sunday. The table was in the shade with a nice view to Lake Tegernsee, 1-2 steps higher than the other tables in front of the restaurant (that had less shade and were right by the sidewalk on the same level as pedestrians).My partner asked a lady that seemed like the manager (or owner?) of CLUBHAUS and asked if the table (with the nice view), that we wanted, was available. The lady said yes, but then she added "you can take the table out here in front" (which was less appealing on pedestrian level), "why make it complicated if it can be easy" and looked at me. In German O-Ton: "Nehmt doch diesen Tisch, warum kompliziert machen, wenn's auch einfach geht!" I was absolutely shocked and so was my partner. We did not ask for help to get up the entrance stair, so then we were still standing there in shock and she even added after about 30seconds, WE won't help you up the stair, you would have to do that on your own and was absolutely rude the way she said it, like we weren't really wanted there.This is my first bad review I am writing, but I have to say people have to learn how to behave and how to treat (potential) customers and people who visit Tegernsee should think twice if they explore the option to visit the CLUBHAUS restaurant. Probably the lady never heard the word inclusion or respect. But hey, we know where we won't go again, the rest of the day at Lake Tegernsee was beautiful and we found wonderful places and very friendly people in other cafes and restaurants in Rottach Egern. But Tegernsee town had a little sour taste for me, but I love Rottach.

Great place for awesome sundowner views and delicious food. Loved the service as well.

Such a great location and yet the housekeeping is a disaster! They definitely need to install fan for summer time and a washing machine is not installed although the wiring and drainage is there. Need some little smart touches to make this hotel much better. I think service and customer care is a major issue here. Until the service culture is there then we may come back to use this facility.

There is NOT too many places to dine in properly at the location, the food is excellent quality, restaurant manager and staff were super polite and attentive even though we had a baby and a stroller. Excellent views next to the lake and wonderful atmosphere and music. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing day trip

Very disappointed today at this restaurant. First the good stuff - The Mezze plater was great, the beer was good and the view is amazing of the lake. But on the down side- the waitress who served us was very rude- she was annoyed as we had water bottles in our hand from our walk which we set on the table. We had no intention to drink that water in the restaurant but some of us didnot carry handbags to store them. Secondly she served us in a rude way, just dumping on the table and with angry face. The restaurant added 5 euro for each bottle of water without telling us- they bought us open bottles and bought it to our table so we had no way to know if this was a sealed bottled water or just tap water. They added tip of €15 to the bill without informing us and we then tipped them again! Not sure how this works in Germany as we are tourist here but if they apply tips in the bill should this first be confirmed with customers?

A very very fine dining restaurant, I really enjoyed the romance view of the sunset over the mountain and the lake with the cold air breeze while enjoying the amazing delicious food and a 7 stars services.I ordered the 180g steak and it was just perfect, juicy, cocked the way I exactly orderedThe way they serve the artichoke is another unique thing to enjoyStrongly recommend for those who want to enjoy romantic moments on the lakeThe food with a bottle of wine cost me about 190EUR FOR 2 persons

The worst hotel stay we had due to the lack of any of the main services of any hotel of this price and standardThe wonderful view is not pleasant because of the sun from the west, which continues to shine on the room, and the balcony, which makes it impossible to sit and look Without any shade provided! No fan, no AC extremely hot in the rooms,No washing machine! Plus no housekeeping provided every two days as mentioned !and after five days and the continuous request ... She came to clean, but she did not touch anything and did not clean anything, she only brought towels and took garbage bags! Room's and balconies totally dirty!

We had an amazing diner tonight. Food was perfection. We eat Vegan and they changed the few things we ordered that had had milk in it. It was sensational. The service is also perfect. Extremely friendly. Moving up on top of my favorite places at the tegernsee. And not to forget. The location is amazing.

It was great here! The food is awesome, the waiters are all English only and the vibe was great!

i wish I could evaluate them with less than one star. Very bad service, unprofessional service. 1h 30 min to get more bread 👎🏻Don’t come you are unwelcome at all 👎🏻Overall a good example for a bad restaurant
