Without toiletries, the TV didn't work, there was no free mineral water. Ordered via the application for twin beds, when I arrived at the location, I was even given a single bed, luckily I immediately complained.Plus the service from the employees is rude and never smiles.Not really recommended for a place to stay.

The room was cramped, there was no TV channel, all the toiletries were broken, the hot water wasn't running smoothly, what was worse was that it wasn't even 12 o'clock before I was warned to check out. Severe😌

Suitable for those just resting, not for those enjoying the room/facilitiesWith the price listed, it turns out you don't get complete bathroom facilities, only towels (the soap smells like it's expired, there's no shampoo, no toothbrush) and the toilet is difficult to flush using a flush (replaced with a bucket and ladle)The bonus is that the cold AC and hot water work perfectly

For the past 4 years, every time I go home for Eid, I have stayed here. In the past it was always busy, but this Eid is somehow very quiet. Just check Google for fun, it turns out the reviews have dropped to 3 stars. It's sad, even though it's not that bad.Four years ago, the first time I came here, I ordered via Traveloka, the price was 85 thousand at that time. When I arrived and felt the facilities, I was quite surprised why the price could be that cheap with these quite satisfactory facilities.The room is clean, as soon as you open the door the smell smells good. The twin bed is quite large (120 cm), so it is very spacious for 4 people (2 adults, 2 toddlers). The bathroom is also quite spacious and clean, the hot water also gets hot quickly, you don't have to wait.In the past, I couldn't get towels, then I asked the reception and they said that if you use full service with towels, soap and shampoo, the room price is 135 thousand (in 2021), and the difference occurred because the price at the OTA (Online Travel Agent) was too low, the OTA lowered it. price without the consent of the property owner, and at that time they were already in the application period to be separated from OYO.Then in the following years I ordered directly from the property at a price according to the property price (which does increase every year, until Eid 2024 the price is 179 thousand).I think this price increase is reasonable, and with the existing facilities I think it is quite appropriate.I see a lot of bad reviews here, all with the same problem, namely because of the price difference at OTA (in this case from OYO). I don't know why this condition is experienced by many lodging properties, I have heard stories like this many times. In Tuban, Malang, Surabaya there are also many similar cases. It's a shame that property owners feel aggrieved by the many bad ratings just because of a misunderstanding about prices at OYO. Even though they haven't collaborated with OYO for years.

Stayed 2 nights here. Because there is a need to visit relatives in the city of Tuban as well as a little healing. Order on the a**** application. But the name of this hotel now is not the o** hotel... but rather under the management of R******.. so just review it straight away.Excess:- The car park is quite spacious. Suitable for 5 minibuses- minimalist 2-story hotel at an affordable price (between 100k-300k)- the staff is very friendly and caring. If there is something that doesn't suit the room, etc., you can tell it directly to the boss and deal with it straight away. Yesterday our room door couldn't be locked so we immediately changed rooms- the rooms are quite spacious and clean... can sleep 2-4 people- the hotel enters an alley after the main road. So it's quiet and not noisy- There is a fairly spacious bathroom. There is a shower, a functioning flash toilet, hot water, a sink, soap and shampoo and towelsLack:- cable TV when we stayed didn't work. It said there was a network problem- There is only 1 socket/cable plug which is connected to the TV cable. So maybe you have to prepare to bring your own Kuningan terminal- no drinking water and brush and toothpaste. There is also no breakfast available. But maybe it also depends on the type of room/roomOverall, it's worth it for that price... I hope this hotel can be more advanced in the future. Barakallah
