We were very (positively) surprised by this hotel, we got a room at very short notice on the same day and at a good price.The rooms are clean, not exactly ultra-modern, but still absolutely fine for one or a few nights. We only had a drink in the restaurant, but the service was very friendly and attentive.The breakfast is great, there's nothing to complain about. We were really satisfied all around and would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is in an incredibly beautiful location, which is ideal for a short break. The lady at the reception gets 5 stars for her professional and guest-oriented, funny interaction with the guest.All in all, the rooms are good and sufficient. However, you notice that some of the furniture has just been carelessly painted over and doesn't really look appealing.The location of the hotel, the leisure activities in the hotel (bowling, billiards, bar, wellness, etc.) and the breakfast remain positive.Negative aspects include the partly antiquarian-looking room furnishings described above, the only rudimentary room cleaning (dust and dirt under the beds, trash cans not emptied by the previous tenant in the bathroom) and the painful edge in the transition from the bathroom to the living area.The latter unfortunately cost the hotel a 5th star, but for the price-performance ratio it is absolutely fine and a recommendation for a short vacation.

The food was super tasty, the range of "indoor activities" was also very good (and included), but it was already very worn and not 100% usable. I can't recommend the jacuzzi, it was visually and hygienically poor. It should also be improved in places such as the floor, heaters (very rusty), chair covers (in white...) were stained, as was the bedspread on the bed. Staff also seemed understaffed (whether acute or permanent cannot be assessed) but on average it was OK I wouldn't go there for a longer stay.
