We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children in a room with a bathroom. Everything was fine and we felt comfortable. The youth hostel is relatively new and in good condition, and there are various leisure activities (playground, table tennis, etc.). There are opportunities for activities in the immediate vicinity (children's hiking trails, swimming pool, climbing wall...)There are various catering options, we had half board, which was all very good and, above all, it was practical that we didn't have to go somewhere else to eat. Overall it was very nice and we would come back. Thank you!

We went biking in Schöneck for a few days and were more than positively impressed by the location and the facilities of the youth hostel. The hostel impresses with its modern style and has a lot to offer in terms of facilities. Storage room for the bikes (even with a wall mount), indoor and outdoor table tennis tables, football tables, dartboards and a common room on each floor with a fantastic view over the Vogtland. The rooms are sufficiently well equipped and the food was varied. During our stay there was even a barbecue dinner with steak, roast, vegetable stir-fry and various salads. A stay is definitely recommended.Many thanks to the entire team for the great time. We'd love to come back.

Brilliant! The house, the view, the food and the service. Everything is very good! The BikePark is close by. Various signposted bike tours (9 in number) through the wonderful Vogtland. Thanks to the youth hostel team. Lonely top...Jule, Anton, Isa and Jens...we'll be back!!!

Overall, a highly recommended place as a family. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and flexible with individual requests! I'll deduct one point for the food - there's still a lot of room for improvement here. Overall, price/performance isn't entirely appropriate for me...

A great location, beautiful and modern youth hostel with great views and surroundings. We were there with several families of friends. The food left nothing to be desired, there was enough for everyone. Clean rooms. The staff was super nice and friendly, thanks to Mr. Müller from the reception, who welcomed us this weekend. We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend JH.

So great!The youth hostel in Schöneck is simply recommended. Clean, large and lots of opportunities to hang out even in bad weather.The meal was excellent.But the staff must be particularly highlighted. Friendly, spontaneous and blessed with a calmness that is completely unclear given the number of children we had with us.
