The room is dirty. The sheets, blankets, pillowcases looked like they hadn't been washed. When you hold the cloth, it feels like it's sticky, rough like that. Even though the bed sheets are white, there are dirty brownish spots. The bathroom is ugly, there are cockroaches and the smell of urine. Just look at the toilet... I'm really grateful that I was there all night to resist the urge to go to the toilet. My husband was bitten by many mosquitoes. Improve room cleanliness, so that guests feel comfortable, appropriate and in accordance with the budget that has been spent.

First time staying here because I was sleepy after playing from Malang but why" I decided to just go to the hotel, I stayed on Thursday night, July 13 2023, jasmine room 305, at first everything was good, I don't want to comment about the room because the price was very cheap, just 100k, the night guard when I checked in was friendly but in the morning around 6.30 I don't know why I had the feeling to open the room curtains and it turned out someone was peeking into my room in a slightly crouched position and didn't bring a broom or any cleaning tools, I'm sure it was someone The hotel staff was wearing black clothes, black trousers with bangs, there I immediately checked and it turned out that there were 2 holes in the room curtains, it looked like they had been made on purpose, I reported it to the receptionist but the response was like I wasn't surprised. I forced myself to call the staff on duty but because I forgot," I remember his face at the time. I noticed that the person immediately lowered his face so I didn't want to ask to point out who, there was a person there wearing a black shirt who was fat and had bangs like the one I saw when I opened the curtains, then I asked to see the CCTV so that I could have proof that I wanted to point out the person, but he said he could see it. only CCTV was the boss, I asked the boss what time he would come, he said I don't know, I was already disappointed, I was afraid, but I didn't know what to do because the response was just like that, "Even though we are staying, we will definitely be afraid of being filmed when we change clothes or something else, my advice is, don't let something like this happen again." because it's detrimental to the guests even though I haven't lost anything, I won't stay silent if something happens that harms me, please be more selective in choosing CCTV security employees as well, I'm sure something like this isn't just done by that employee once, Thank you

The hotel is dirty, the floor, bed sheets, bathroom are all dirty, especially in the bathroom drain where there is a toilet which is not cleaned. The hotel is quiet too, it's quite the first and last time I've stayed here.
