Location is perfect, nice and quiet with free parking.The rest is just bad: no breakfast, rooms very stuffy and dusty, no staff. The Indian restaurant below makes everything smell extremely Indian. IMPORTANT: When we checked in, the staff tried to tell us something about a scammer and then they wanted the price again! The hotel can only be reached via a French number (very suspicious).Just don't book

Beware of fraud? We go on a bike tour every year at Pentecost and had booked 5 double rooms and a single room for one night here months in advance. Our double rooms were then rebooked more lucratively to people who wanted to stay the whole weekend. We were only informed of this upon arrival, with the standard excuse that there had been a change in management, as you can often read in the reviews here. Instead of the double rooms, we got a holiday apartment for four people, two of whom had to sleep on the couch. We got the other three double rooms a few towns away, where the owners have another accommodation. We were driven back and forth by car one after the other, but only at their whim and had to adjust our daily plans the following day. At night the boss came up with the idea of throwing us out if we didn't give him ID. And with breakfast ordered at 8:30 a.m., at 9 a.m. none of the people there knew whether they wanted to do it. Those who like adventure and poor quality accommodation might dare to book. We won't come over anymore.

Where should I start... The actual hotel owner is nowhere to be found. The restaurant downstairs makes an effort, but they are unable to provide a proper bill. The rainforest shower in the bathroom almost falls on my head because the dowel comes out of the wall. Warm water and decent water pressure, well it looks different. Breakfast was first promised and then suddenly not. I will definitely never book here again. Rooms are otherwise modern and clean. Air conditioning is also available.

Cold water, torn towels, broken lamps, inadequate communication, no TV channel was tuned. I was very disappointed to call a poor guesthouse a city hotel.

The hotel has a very good location in the center and looks inviting.The apartment had everything you needed for 1 night and everything was mostly clean.However, the organization on the part of the owner was a disaster and means that we will not use this accommodation again.Due to the change in ownership, our reservation was probably not handed over and any promised service was destroyed.We received confirmation of the price and breakfast costs per person from the then owner and showed it to the new owner.Since it is a failure of communication and professional handover on the part of the changing owners, it should not be a burden for the customers, who are in the dark and have no influence on this situation anyway.In the end, the price, with additional cleaning costs, was paid and the breakfast, which was not offered by the new owner, was therefore gone.A review of this event has already been written by our group...at the time we were still in the room and were about to leave.On the way home we received a call from the owner who asked us to delete the review - in a non-objective tone and in a completely unprofessional manner.After hanging up the phone because any normal communication was impossible, 24 more attempts to call us followed.If you want to experience your stay in an accommodation with such owners: go ahead!We are very happy to refrain from doing this if there is a lack of respect, excessive unprofessionalism and poor communication.By the way: The owner rates his own accommodation with 5 stars... in my opinion this shouldn't be necessary, the customers should feel comfortable and give appropriate reviews.Best regards!

A very nice building in a very good location and you can see that it was once a worthy city hotel.Unfortunately everything was just chaotic here. We were here in person weeks before arrival and agreed everything with the “boss”. We waited two weeks for a rather vague confirmation via WhatsApp and calls from us.When the time came, there was a different “boss”, the hotel was passed on within the family (info staff) and all agreements were gone.More expensive than reserving and canceling promised services.I don't understand how you can devalue experiences and descriptions from guests by writing "then you have no idea." Appropriate in a review of a lady on a “business trip” ;) or perhaps more of a favor from friends?Of course there are bakers in the area! Also a very friendly tip from business travelers. Also that you have to get moving to do this.Without such tips, you would really be unable to act.If you are promised breakfast, and this should be known, especially to business travelers, then you can expect to get it and not be told that you don't know anything about it and that you have to get up an hour earlier to prepare it. Sorry. A saying I've never heard anywhere before. Not as a vacationer, not as a business traveler.It's a shame about the building and location.Never again.

Very nice decorated and clean hotel, with great Indian cuisine downstairs in the restaurant.Very tasty food and with a top location right on the town square.Will come again :)
