Really nice location, right in the center of Flensburg. The flat is located next to restaurants and shopping. Its clean and modern and has easy access. There is a small kitchen with all accommodations. ||We had a wonderful stay there.

Despite other experiences with limehome, it was/is really good in Chemnitz.Clean, well maintained, well equipped and good location.Troublemakers at night in the top apartment disrupt the otherwise great impression.The night's rest was neither respected nor observed on Saturday evening. Between 2130 and 0430 there were regular loud shouts in the stairwell, running down and, to top it off, bottles being thrown onto the lower balconies.I assume that this remains an exception.

Unfortunately, by far the worst Lime Home to date. Even the houses in Berlin are better. The location right on the main road and in an unfortunately generally poor area make it not so safe for small children or women traveling alone. Furthermore, the cleanliness really left a lot to be desired. Defects have already been reported directly. Even within the house, various entrances should not be available to guests. Unfortunately, the smoking ban is not observed. It's more like a party place and is completely the opposite of Lime Home's usual level.

I've tried it twice now with the house in Chemnitz, so here's a quick summary.1st visit floor 4:- Kitchen was not clean and the floorboard was broken.- Cleanliness was mediocre: dining table with sticking in the corners- Door was stuck-Walls and doors had many marks and indefinable stains.There were old spider webs, the headboard of the bed was very dusty.Everything was photographed and complained about.2nd visit floor 2:- Decorative pillows in the bed had indefinable stains.-Headboard also had some stains.- Everything in the kitchen was sticky and couldn't be used.- There was a tangled mess of cables on the TV- Walls and doors are again heavily marked, indefinable stains on doors and walls.On both visits I complained that some of the lighting in the stairwell didn't work. Nothing was done about it either.Conclusion: Rooms are cleaned but only very superficially. If a visitor moves or displaces something beforehand, it will no longer be cleared away afterwards.Looks like a youth hostel from the 70s that hasn't been renovated since then.Being cheap is ok. But if you can't feel comfortable because it's not taken care of, it's not good.But that is reflected in the other reviews.It's a shame, a lot could be done with it...

Truly a fully furnished apartment at an affordable price per night.Everything you need is available including a TV and sofa. The balcony is also very comfortable even if the view is rather boring.Some of the furniture seemed a bit worn and the cleanliness could be a bit better, but none of it was really tragic.The online check-in also worked.

Were there for the first time.Apartment was well furnished and modern.However, more attention could have been paid to cleanliness. Dust was not wiped and the coffee machine was not cleaned.The surroundings are beautiful. Park nearby.Parking is only possible in the area as far as I know.Still happy to come back.

The accommodation is still relatively cheap in comparison. You can gain access beforehand with a specific code.At first glance the apartment seemed quite clean. That wasn't the case on the second one. The kitchen was dirty and the glasses were all greasy and disgusting. You don't want to drink from it.However, the apartment is a really great size and is spacious and stylishly furnished. You have everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine,…).The location is good, the city center of Chemnitz can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Next door is the Ermafapassage with an Edeka, a gym and a great Asian restaurant. Attention: parking at the Ermafapassage is very limited, you will be ripped off if you stay there overnight.

The apartment wasn't clean and we didn't feel comfortable.There were layers of dust, dirt and stains everywhere - e.g. B. Beard hair on the soap dispenser, dirty toilet, detergent blobs on the washing machine, dirt on the toilet flush button... really disgusting.There were crumbs everywhere in the kitchen, huge cobwebs in the middle of the kitchen ceiling, etc.The location of the apartment is good, the check-in with the code worked well, you can hear the street noise through the closed windows.Overall, not a recommendation, especially due to the dirtiness of the apartment.

hasn't disappointed me yet! I've stayed in a limehome 2-3 times, and the one in Chemnitz is especially great!Clean, very large, close to the center, balcony and the facilities are modern.Especially recommended for business trips if you want more privacy than in a hotel.1 point deducted because you can usually only enter the room around 3 p.m

Check in, door opener all electronic, no staff on site. Clean rooms, no elevator. 1 point deducted for service due to the lack of an elevator, which I didn't notice when booking. Kitchen with box office coffee maker and tea. Coffee and tea selection available for 3 days.
