There's still a lot of cooking going on here! Rarely have I had such good roulades and dumplings. Great vegetable side dishes too. And all of this from our own or local sources. Great!

We celebrated a birthday there. There was an all-round feel-good package. We had booked coffee and dinner, cake was very tasty and from the neighboring town. For dinner there was a 3-course menu, where everything was cooked in the Hausmans style and the cattle came from their own pasture. The service was very friendly, attentive and entertaining. Everything is perfect and tastes delicious. If you book early, your every wish will be fulfilled. Thank you for the wonderful day! LG Mandy

Went for New Year's Eve and Thanksgiving. Very tasty food, dishes made from Angus beef from our own breeding, the vegetables, carrots, red kaut were all freshly made, the dumplings were totally soft. We only had a small selection in the menu but it was all freshly prepared. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great value for money, and effort was made with the decoration and musical entertainment.

We were just in the restaurant. Beef and pork were offered along with vegetables from our own cultivation or keeping. The meat was super tender and juicy. The potatoes are great. There are only delicious things from East Thuringian cuisine. Mega! Staff is friendly. Everything very clean. Entrance is on the first floor and can only be reached via stairs.
