I came at at night there, and it’s hard to find the hotel and the reception 😂. I need to phone the receptionist. Weak WiFi and they’re gonna ask you extra charges in weekends.

Not recommended. Checked in at 3 o'clock, the room was not ready, had to wait again for the room to be cleaned. And it turned out that even when we entered, the sheets weren't changed, they were just sprayed with spray. The smell of sweat from other visitors can still be smelled. Musty, narrow room. Dirty bathroom. I ordered for 4 days and was never offered to have the room cleaned or the trash replaced. When I checked out, I asked for 20 minutes to clean up and was told I would be fined, even though I checked out on a weekday and it was quiet, there were no guests at all. No compensation was given even though I had stayed for 4 days, asking for 20 minutes for late checkout at 12.20 was not allowed. Too stiff!!

I got a room at the front. Thank God, it was comfortable, clean and had a fragrant mattress and blanket..I read the reviews on Agoda but I was scared and it turns out that business competition isn't normal.Just a suggestion, maybe you could add bottled water to your drinking water, bro

The location is hard to find, already at the location but the telephone number doesn't respond at all, waiting at the location for almost 30 minutes.I paid via the application 40 minutes before meeting the person on duty but they said that if I ordered suddenly, the money could have been transferred incorrectly, not yet recorded, etc. So I was asked to pay again in cash, luckily we checked that our data was already there, so there was no need to pay again. It's not logical either, people have paid via the application, surely the funds have already arrivedModest room.Not really recommended, especially if you stay for a long time, it's better to look for another one
