The guesthouse is located in a very quiet and pleasant environment. After many negative reviews, we were excited about our room. When we came in everything was great. Everything clean, fresh towels and fresh bed. Great for the price 👍. The shared garden offered a very pleasant atmosphere with a swing, playhouse and seating and tables.

I wouldn't recommend it.There were problems when handing over the room; the ladies had to coax them out by shouting and knocking. And when I called the accommodation, no one answered, I tried 10 times.👎

Of course it's not a 5 star hotel, but you wouldn't expect that for the cheap price! The rooms are quite small, but you have a beautiful terrace and a garden, so perfect with a dog. I don't think I would stay here for longer than 3 days, but you can do well here for 1-2 days. The only thing that would be really good would be a fly screen, instead of a starry sky, we had a mosquito sky above us, so to speak :| We still had to ventilate because there is no air conditioning, so that would definitely need improvement. Nothing here is of high quality, but as I said, you don't expect that. A mattress protector would also be great!! That's a bit disgusting...

No stars and that's too many!!!Everything dirty and used. The floor was dirty, there were hairs and stains in the bed, the towels were used, dead insects everywhere, the stove burnt in, brown dishcloth, used toiletries and trash in the kitchen and bathroom. There's actually no way to get through to the apartment because there's junk in the way.When I complained, Booking.com was told that we didn't show up instead of responding to the complaint. At least we were refunded in full...

ADDENDUM: TODAY IS OUR NEXT TO LAST DAY HERE, WE'RE STILL LYING IN BED AROUND 10:30 AM, AND SUDDENLY A LADY COMES INTO OUR ROOM, EVEN THOUGH IT'S LOCKED AND HAS A KEY IN IT! THAT DOESN'T WORK AT ALLAfter the many negative reviews, I was really afraid, but my fear was allayed yesterday after I arrived. We have room 6, a family room with a terrace and kitchen. It was clean, fresh bed, fresh towels and the floor was clean, the toilet and shower as well, definitely worth it for the price... As promised, there are fly screens, which I find important with spider phobia :( we have in Bought a feather duster in a nearby location to remove the cobwebs outside (I'm aware that this is normal, but I can't relax otherwise) I will also leave the feather duster here for future tenants with phobias.There were small soaps, shower gels and toilet paper, and there were also two instant coffees and sweets on the bed :) so I can't understand the many other negative comments. Please form your own opinion before you judge

Accommodation was canceled by the provider via email in the afternoon on the day of arrival due to overbooking. Numerous attempts were made to contact the landlord by telephone, without success.

Disgusting is an understatement! Urine from the previous person in the toilet, the dirtiest floor I've ever seen, dirty, used bed linen and towels etc... that they are still allowed to receive guests!🤮

Not recommended.The room was very small for the price. You could hear the roommates snoring and talking. You could also listen to the vegetation scratching at the walls at night. The room smelled of cold smoke, the bed was fine. Dead flying animals still hung on the walls everywhere. The soap in the bathroom was empty, the toilet paper roll was nearing its end, and there was no trash bag in the trash can in the bathroom. And there was no trace of the shower items other than the towels.The location is good, quiet, few cars on the street. In 5 to 10 minutes you can reach the dam or the restaurants and shops.So overall you can say: very little performance for a high price.
