The location is really the only positive point. We have been to Sylt many times, but this accommodation was really bad...We were greeted by a smell that couldn't be defined.Next would be the corners full of cobwebs. Macabre kitchen connections gave the whole thing an extra boost. When I showered I had the door in my hand because there were no guide rollers. The facility was probably completely full of bulky waste, which wouldn't be objectionable if it hadn't left such a shabby impression. An old refrigerator was installed as a cupboard in the kitchenette. The 2 hotplates were totally messed up. There was a 3-way socket installed on the work surface and the cable had broken. All floors damaged. You weren't protected from prying eyes either. The list goes on, too much to write. The worst thing is that the defects existed at least 4 years ago. Time enough to improve something. Just cashing in and not investing anything is not the way to go.Just be careful if you arrive by car. The parking lot is only accessible via a super high curb. The parking lot itself is a mud hole

BE CAREFUL RIP-OFF!!! We booked for one night (90€) and didn't sleep there due to poor hygiene conditions. The pillow, duvet and mattress were brown to yellow. The bed sheets had brown spots on them as well as hair. When you lay down on the bed, you had the feeling that the middle of the mattress was damp. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though the room was advertised as smoke-free. The smoke detector was also missing. When we asked if we could get new bed linen, the operators said they were on the mainland and couldn't help us. We were there promptly at 4 p.m. and were therefore unable to change the cleanliness of the room when we checked in. We didn't see the staff once, not even when checking out. There was a toilet and a shower for about seven rooms on the first floor, both of which were very old. In general, the furnishings seem to be older, there were stains, dust everywhere and some of the furnishings were already damaged. The room advertised on Booking.com was not what was rented.

The house at Norderstrasse 36 is now newly renovated, clean and pleasant. My colleagues really enjoyed sleeping there.

Broken, smelly pillows, used bed linen, no cleanliness. Not recommended, it's better to pay a little more and look for another place to sleep. Our room was very loud, you can hear everything...

We stayed here twice for work. I had already pushed aside the 2021 stay. Unfortunately, the information about how run down this house is was not leaked within the company and my colleagues and I had to do the whole thing again in 2022. So that others don't voluntarily come up with the idea of booking a stay here, I'll add to what the previous speakers said: When you arrive, you'll have the keys (and those of other guests who are still arriving)outside in the mailbox. Apart from the fact that anyone who walks past could easily gain access at any time, not every room key has its own front door key, so you always have to coordinate. Once you open the front door, you are immediately hit with a strong breeze of the smell of the cellar. The shortcomings that exist here have already been sufficiently described by others here. Overall, it's just not a pretty sight, to put it mildly. There is a lot of bulky waste in the garden that you have to maneuver past as soon as another guest has already parked their car in the parking lot in front of the house. There is a shopping cart lying around in the area. Everything inside is carelessly furnished, the beds are neither particularly big nor comfortable. The shower head (and, judging by the stains, the mattresses and duvets) are obviously from 1970. Not all the lamps work, nor are there enough bathrooms. Since it's very noisy, with 9 rooms and one toilet, you can of course constantly hear someone. There are also 5 forks for 9 rooms. However, I recommend rinsing them before use. In general, you can't touch anything in the house without feeling the need to wash your hands. The whole thing is not even compensated for by the fact that the housekeeper is actually very hard-working and really nice and there are now two beach chairs in the garden. At least this time there is no hair sticking to the wall and the bed linen doesn't smell as musty as last time. There is mold and the mattresses and bed linen have indefinable stains. The five of us left after 2 nights. The company was then allowed to legally engage with the operators for a while. It was doubted that the photos were actually taken there. In fact, I can't think of any other place where guests are expected to do something like this.

Accommodation was offered at a reasonable price with shared kitchen and bathroom.Yes, that's right.Only the kitchen and bathroom were used by an unknown number of multicultural men from the Westerland security service, to whom no one had taught order and cleanliness and whose operations manager was the most harassed. There was no lamp in the corner of the bed in the room, WiFi didn't always work, no curtains and a new way of life was created under the sofa...Around the unkempt house there is rubbish and leftovers from the “boys”. The woman who served breakfast - discounter goods - and "cleaned" showed little effort to create even remotely pleasant conditions for the non-security guests. As a teacher, I had the same experiences on trips with pubescent boys, but had the right to let them keep order or send them home. ...but the travel costs were covered AND wages were paid!

If you go in here with luxury hotel expectations, you will of course be disappointed. It's more like a youth hostel, but it's perfectly adequate. The location is perfect and actually I just needed a bed to sleep in... okay, the shared bathroom isn't great and the WiFi didn't really reach into my room, but that's not all that bad. You should just consider how expensive Sylt is... so I was grateful for this cheaper option.

I was on Sylt in the summer of 2014, in the bed and breakfast, I really liked it, my family was in the mother-child clinic and the distances were short. The rooms are simple - but it was completely enough for me. …

Definitely not recommended.Unfortunately, we arrived outside office hours and received the key via a mailbox. When you enter the room you are shocked: the room is not only poorly and poorly renovated but also dirty. You can't even describe the pillows. There were blood stains on the mattress protector and the mattress itself was dirty. There was mold in the corners of the room and in the bathroom (which was even painted over once). The laminate has swollen. We didn't spend a night here and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Instead, we have been trying to get our money back ever since. So far without success because you ignore emails and when you call you act as if you don't know what it's about. The next letter will probably come from the lawyer.

The hotel is definitely not recommended. Our room was dirty and especially the bed didn't work at all. The pillows are hard to describe. Mattress protector and mattress dirty (including blood stains). …
