A simple and easy place to stay with very hospitable, honest and trustworthy staff. I mistakenly left some cash in my room on check out day and they called me to let me know! For this I am very thankful.

Stayed here last week for 4 nights and it was a bad hotel/experience. The owner is a scammer and will try to scam you. Parking is unusable. Owner and his family(include kids) lives in the hotel and is always there, having breakfast/lunch/dinner in the waiting room/reception area, this is making very awkward going outside/inside of your room while the owner family is having dinner and you're disturbing them.

I was completely satisfied. I was warmly welcomed and briefly “briefed”.I was curious what the room was like, but everything was great. Clean, tidy and organized. Even the hairdryer that was available had power. This is very rare!Since it is very close to the center of Pinneberg, you can go for a little walk. There is a lot of green. The train and bus connections are also relaxed.So my girlfriend and I are super happy!

The room itself is very modern, but unfortunately the floor was very dusty throughout. The water in the shower didn't drain properly and unfortunately the bathroom inevitably flooded with every shower. There was also no privacy screen on the bathroom window.Unfortunately, the roller shutters were also broken. According to the owner, defects that were mentioned several times were taken care of, but in the end they were not resolved.Facilities that are normal for a hotel were partly missing. For example, toilet paper holders, towel holders on the sink and drinking glasses in the kitchenette. More than two hangers wouldn't have hurt either.The cleaning service took away empty deposit bottles without asking. There was a very friendly and helpful employee at the reception, but she had no insight into all the bookings. The employees seemed unsurprised by the deficiencies mentioned. Apparently these were already known.

The room wasn't even cleaned in 7 days and not even clean towels in 2 days. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. The photos are not correct
