We planned to stay for 2 nights. We booked a double room with 3 beds. The 3rd bed was so narrow (and hard) that we had doubts about it right from the moment we entered the room. And one hour into our sons bedtime he fell out... So we swapped beds, one adult went on the narrow bed the other one shatrd the double bed with him. Well, that night didn't get us much sleep. We decided to leave this hotel after one night which wasn't a problem. The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nothing special but alright.

Very clean and neat. The room had a generally good standard. Maybe a bit small. Nice comfortable beds. Small but good breakfeast buffet. Polite and helpful staff. Nothing to do around the area that we found late at night. But really nice for a stop over.

Arrived late at night and door locked, but a note with a number to call to get a code for the saft hanging next to the door, where the room key was. ||Room is quite nice for a budget hotel. Free good WiFi and a good breakfast for 5EUR.||Room and breakfast is very good value for money.

I am writing this review to commend the performance of Mr. Christopher Klimek. I stayed at your hotel in Henstedt-Ulzburg on 19 Apr. I was driving from Belgium to Copenhagen and was planning to stay around Hamburg but could not find a place to stay around Hamburg. Calling around I was able to speak with Christopher and by the time we checked in to the hotel it was 0200. Even though the front desk was closed, he came out to get me checked in at that late hour. His demeanor was very professional, cordial and the next day when we checked out, he was extremely helpful in finding us a restaurant for lunch. He is a gem and a fantastic representative for your company. The hotel is very clean, new and offers rooms at very affordable pricesSincerely,Gabriel Khan
