Very nice repurpose building. A bit overdone with the silly Instagram like slogans, but generally nice. Staff comes across uninterested, more occupied with each other.. the "welcome drink on your room" is a mini bottle of water!?! The room is the loudest I ever had. It's like sleeping between a cargo railway and a highway..

Hotel itself is beautiful, but a bit pricey. We came in on a hot summer day and the room was hot. Opening windows was not really possible as they opened onto the main road, thus the noise. The bed was super comfortable and staff was polite. Good breakfast too.

We stayed here for two nights and everything was great! Even though we had a problem with the TV which couldn't be fixed by the personnel (no technician available on a Saturday night) we immediately got offered a different room for the 2nd night in which everything worked fine. The personnel was super service minded and friendly. Breakfast had a big variety of food and some parts changed on the 2nd morning. If you're looking for a modern and nice place to stay in Husum this Hotel can be recommended!

Nice Room, but room for improvement.We liked the suite. Everything is new and in a good shape. But the setup in the room could be improved. The TV was hanging in two meter height in the opposite site of the wardrobe. Makes no sense, who is watching TV from inside/in front of the wardrobe? You could use the couch/bed to watch TV but you have to tilt your head (that will cause neck-pain). Same for the the bed in the upper room. The bed is placed under the slope of the roof. My wife and I are 1,74m and 1,51m so it was ok, but if you are taller than 1,80m your head will be pressed between the roof and the mattress. Our feet were almost hanging out of bed to lay comfortable. Addressing the managing director of the hotel, she reacted a bit "impolite" with our critics. My expectation was that a feedback should be welcomed. But this could be due to the "breakfast incident". During breakfast (where we arrived late) we took some fruits and bread with us, because we had not enough time to eat enough to be not hungry anymore. When I paid, the personnel told me they should charge me for the extra food I took from breakfast buffet, but not doing this. I understand it is not nice to take some food from the breakfast table, but addressing this issue of a few Euro to the customer will only raise a bad mood and results in a bad rating. My advice is to kindly accept this. During the night we had a blackout in the whole block. Several customers complained about how to use the rooms without light (undressing, taking a shower) but the managing directer only told that she can not do anything about it. I understand this too, but a better preparation should be undertake (like being stocked with flashlights). We had two battery lights in our room and gave one away for other customers. A compensation for the circumstances would have been nice (like a free drink, a 5% discount, or something like that) even though the blackout was not the fault of the hotel. Nevertheless most of the staff was friendly, especially at the breakfast table (serving food).Summary: Nice place and rooms, room for improvement in service.

we booked a room for a friend. When he called the hotel that he would come with a dog they informed him that this is not possible.He informed them by phone that he would not come . The cancellation should have been be mail which he did not know. The hotel did not tell him to do so. Now we have to pay the bill. Not very professionalThe invoice was without IBAN - not very professionalWhen you the hotel the person at the Telefon does not tell his/her name he/she yjust says hello-not very perfessional
