But the entrance and building need to be repaired.There are now improvements little by little to make it more comfortable again. It's a shame that if it's not repaired, everything is fine. Good service, affordable prices, the rooms are quite spacious, clean, hot and cold, AC, toilet, etc. all function well. However, the bathroom door is slightly controlled, there is a little damage, but it doesn't affect anything, it's just an unpleasant view. The employees were very helpful, friendly too and my position at late checkout was still served.When I was going to the venue in the morning, I met Cici the owner, she was friendly.Indeed, the rule that you leave your keys when you want to go out is very effective in preventing unwanted things, such as lost keys or misuse by other people.I judge objectively. Room facilities are good. The AC is really cold and makes sleeping comfortable. The atmosphere is calm, not noisy. There is a TV, drinks and toiletries available. The bathroom is very clean, especially as the shower can run hot and coldIn my opinion, for those of you who give bad reviews, it's better to make your own home rather than having to badmouth the rating of this hotel.Overall 8/10Raya Resort Hotel is always a success, thank you for your service π

Clean, the service is OK, the receptionist is very helpful, Cici, who owns the hotel, is kind, wants to give good directions, plus you are given free breakfast, even though you order via Traveloka there is no breakfast, the rules are strict, so you are guaranteed to be safe. At first I was hesitant to check in because I saw people's reviews on gmaps, it turned out it wasn't bad. Buy on travelokaExcess:- Great service. In the morning after GoFood, the GoFood food was delivered by the receptionist to the room and then asked "Would you like tea or coffee? Would you like bread too?" I asked is it free? He said yes, then I wanted it and brought 2 cups of tea and bread. Wow, it feels so homey- The rooms are very clean and smell good. The bathroom is also very clean, although we do use a squat toilet but it doesn't matter as long as it's clean- There is liquid soap, brush, toothpaste, towels, bedroom slippers- Get 2 mineral waters- TV smoothly, AC smoothly- The room concept is good, the bathroom is outside the room so it's not damp. Even if you wash your clothes and dry them outside your room, they can dry out- Water heater runs smoothly- The socket is near the mattressLack:- The door between the room and the outside bathroom doesn't have a curtain/cover so at night it's a bit scary and in the morning it's directly hit by sunlight even though you still want to sleep, hehe. But not a big problem- When leaving, you must leave the key with the receptionist. At first I thought it was so complicated, but it turns out it's not. When I went back to the hotel at 3pm, the receptionist was still on duty and I was immediately given the key- No wifiIt is true in other people's reviews that the rules here are very strict.
