Central location, clean, spacious, clear communication and fast response time. Overall, the hotel provides a very good price value and we were very happy with our stay. Following things could be improved: The heating or insulation as it felt quite chilly next to the window over night, a shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, and card payment for the coffee maker and vending machines (Ironically, they recommend contactless payment on a Covid-19 poster that's attached to a vending machine only accepting coins).

This hotel was definitely an experience. The key to our house was in a box on the wall and the password for the box was sent to us in an email. After obtaining the key we had to walk upstairs alone in a creepy old staircase to our room. the room was very pretty and well furnished, the hotel provides slippers, 3 towels per person and bath robes. they don't provide soap, but you can buy it in a vending machine. the bathrooms are common. what disappointed me most is that the lights in the bathrooms work in the most annoying way possible: there's no light switch and the light turns on from movement. however, it works horribly. luckily, i was showering in the morning, when it was already bright outside and i didn't need the light. but it was off for most of the time and it was very hard to turn it on: the sensor is extremely bad. so if you are planning to shower at night, prepare to do it in the dark. i would give it a 3/5, but the close proximity to the city center and to the Danish ambassy made it a 4.

Everything was good. Big room, bathroom, clean, spacious, and kitchen facilities and fridge, coffee machine, vending machine. You have also a bathrobe and sleepers to use which was a nice detail. The only inconvenience is the lack of parking in the area but it was generally great.

Very clean and family friendly place, everything was well thought and nice organised for the guest, the location is also perfect, a maximum 10 min walk from the center, beautiful area, beautiful place. We would go anytime back! 😊

We went there last weekend to visit friends in Flensburg and had a good time. We booked room 1 with 26sqm with a dog with an additional charge of 10€ / night, which we found to be very fair. In addition to a dog blanket, they also gave us two bowls. The room was spacious and cozy. The better was very good. At first I found it took some getting used to sharing a bathroom with other guests - but I quickly realized that it wasn't a problem at all and that every guest left it neatly - almost like being at home :-). There are a total of 3 bathrooms. There is a small kitchen that everyone can use. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks in the entrance area. You check-in yourself. The location is great. The city center and the harbor can all be reached on foot in a few minutes and there are even 2 permanent free parking spaces behind the house, which is not so clear in the description :-). We would come back at any time.
