So we were on vacation here for a week... and felt really comfortableThe apartment we had was clean and adequately equipped for a vacationWe particularly loved the swimming pool and playroom in the basement where you can have a lot of fun even in bad weather 😁😁👍🏼

We are absolutely thrilled. Our apartment was clean, modern. Perfect. Disadvantages North side, relatively dark, as a neighboring house and tall trees darken everything even during the day. Apartment was not suitable for pets because I am allergic, unfortunately only our apartment, all others had up to 3 dogs with them. The house is very noisy.

Apartment 13The apartment was sufficiently clean, but some basic cleaning (ceilings, ventilation, etc.) could be carried out. It should also be noted that the house as a whole is quite noisy. Another minus point: There is no dishwasher.The location is very nice, it is only 300m to the beach. The pool and children's playroom are great. Overall we felt comfortable and had a lovely holiday.

No. 17 privately rented. Completely sufficient for three people. If you don't have an exaggerated idea of a holiday apartment, this apartment is for you. Cooking every day is difficult due to the lack of equipment. Swimming pool in the house - great in bad weather. Very good location.

App.17, 2nd FLOOR without elevator. Almost a challenge for people with disabilities. The app. enough for 2 adults and 1 child. The furnishings are rather minimalistic and the furniture is a bit thrown together. The kitchen utensils are absolutely inadequate. If you want to cook, you should bring something with you. The mattresses in the bedroom are very worn out, so that a restful sleep is unfortunately not possible. In addition, the house is very noisy and not all tenants are considerate. The positive thing about the house is the central location. But that's not enough for a second booking.

The location is great as you can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot.Shopping opportunities can also be reached quickly on foot.The residence is on a rather quiet street and you don't notice much car noise.Contrary to the statement from the office that you can only get into the apartment from 4 p.m.: We were lucky and were able to get in an hour beforehand, which is just great.The apartment itself is, as often described, noisy. Noises from neighboring apartments can also be clearly heard.There wasn't really anything wrong with the cleanliness.The "children's room" is in itself just a place to sleep. There is no space for anything in the 0.5m in front of the double bed.Speaking of space: storage space is in short supply throughout the apartment (especially in the bathroom). You have to be inventive here.Overall, however, a recommendation (especially because of the good location), as long as you don't have 2 small children/babies with you. There is only space for travel cots in the "large" bedroom and there only for 1 travel cot.

Nice nice accommodation in Niendorf/Baltic Sea. Two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. A spacious living room with a small kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove. As well as a shower room with toilet. There is also a small terrace in front of the living room. Furnished for 4 people. Very clean, taking the laundry package was smart. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes, as can the EDEKA market with bakery. Parking spaces belong to the apartment. In the basement there is a small pool and a sauna.

We were here with our two children (1&4). We booked through Ostsee-Appartments. Very nice staff by email and on site.The apartment is modernly furnished and very, very clean. All furnishings are in good condition and tidy.Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool and the games room in the basement due to Corona.Washing machine and dryer available for a fee.Our subjective perceptions:The bedroom is completely sufficient in size. However, with a baby bed provided, things get tight.The children's bedroom is more of a chamber.The sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable.The entire house is extremely noisy.The location is ok. It's a bit awkward for small children because it's right on the street.

Great location. Room 18 is small but has everything you need and was clean when you moved into it. The swimming pool and the leisure room offer a little variety even in bad weather.

A very dark apartment. (No. 13) You always need light. The children's room is like a better storage room and the couch is also worn out. Furthermore, the rooms smell smelly despite the ventilation. For me, it's not a place where I like to stay for a long time. The bathroom also has poor ventilation. The balcony also looks quite run down and doesn't seem particularly inviting due to the plastic chairs and thin cushions. There is a radio, but it takes a long time to find the right socket. There are nicer and brighter properties for the price and I'm really disappointed. When I asked to exchange, I was brushed off when I got the keys with the explanation that I had booked it myself (it didn't say that it was a dark hole) and she I wouldn't have anything else. I just say thank you for your kindness and I definitely won't be coming back!! Travel period 1.09. - September 10, 2022
