Renovated, very clean and organized rooms. Everything you need in a room, fridge, TV, Wi-fi, towels. And just to mention, cheap, cheaper you can’t find.

Common areas should always be clean.

I had booked the whole week (Mon-Fri) but left straight away after the first night. Check-in was easy with a key box and the bed linen was clean. The house also has potential if you invest some time and money. However, there wasn't anything more positive - on the contrary, the rooms are quite noisy. The WiFi didn't work and the rooms were only cleaned sporadically (furnishings were sticking in places). The toilets without words, dirty, no toilet paper (at least on our floor), the shower curtain broken and a very strange smell. There were also 2 carpet mats in the bathroom which were temporarily "cut" from a larger mat. These are permanently wet and smell accordingly (they are definitely a great breeding ground for germs and pathogens). The front door is always open and neighbors have warned me about theft. There are no staff on site and there are no security guards (the house and residents are left to fend for themselves). Despite Corona, people are looking for disinfectant dispensers or a corresponding concept to avoid infection in vain. Sleeping is obviously not possible until well after midnight because people talk loudly in the hallways and doors slam. I can only advise against staying overnight, preferring homeless accommodation instead.

A hostel for workers and as such it fulfills its purpose. Shared showers divided into women's and men's, one for the entire building as well as the toilet, no one respects whether the showers are women's and no one can knock. One common kitchen including dishes, which is however insufficient, as well as the size of the kitchen considering the number of guests. A dishwasher, a microwave, three stoves, an oven, two refrigerators in the kitchen, while one smells of something that has been decomposing for a long time and no one is solving it. Small fridge in the room, washer and dryer for a fee in the ladies' showers. The daily cleaning of the common areas worked for the first three days, the rest of the week nobody was there, they didn't clean or replenish the toilet paper, it ran out on the first day without cleaning considering the number of people staying. The spring for the dishes ran out the next day, and with regard to the clash of cultures, the toilet seat and floor are soaked and feces all over the bowl, without cleaning, is a daily standard. There is a coffee machine, or sweets and packaged sausages. A large shopping center and the historic city center are a ten-minute walk away. As workers stay here, it is quiet and peaceful throughout the day as everyone is at work. The house fills up with people around six in the evening and it is also empty by six in the morning...

If you come later you won't get a parking space. The shower was covered in strange hair and the water was cold. You don't want to shower there. The walls in the room are dirty. We had to change the bulb first otherwise we wouldn't have had any light in the evening. You won't find the German language here.

No WiFi reception as described. No response to my message request. The people from the next room were very loud, shouting and laughing loudly.Again, no response to my complaint received.Very thin walls, if someone walks barefoot next to them it sounds as if they are walking in their own room.No own toilet, no own shower.Booked for 3 nights, but couldn't stand it on the 2nd night and got out straight away.I don't recommend it to anyone. No matter what price.

Not recommendable. The internet keeps failing, toilets are only cleaned superficially and the same dishwashing sponge has been in the kitchen for 4 days. In addition, the mattresses are completely dirty and read through.

A failure, some washing machine €4, there is no dryer, there is nowhere to hang the laundry, the dryer above the washing machine doesn't work, we come back from work, there is no hot water, we have to wait until noon, ducks leave a mess in the bathrooms, no one cleans up after themselves and they leave them even worse, the rooms are clean , room 5 by 5, one wardrobe for 2 people, a small fridge, TV, good cables, 2 tables, 2 chairs which are not needed, kitchen for 30 people, one and 8 burners, one large fridge in the kitchen, also has an oven and a microwave. I do not recommend it in general
