Exclusive class rooms can access the swimming pool, nice, clean, but very small. Parking is lacking. The location is not good because it is far from the main road, the road is also narrow. Less responsive in replying to chat when wanting to book a room. Free wifi, there is a TV, AC.

Vulkan Matahari Cottage was the perfect place to relax after we climbed mount ijen in the morning! It had a pool with an amazing view over rice fields, super nice rooms with AC and the most comfortable bed. But the best was the owner! She greeted us warmly and had some welcome drinks made and even gifted us some fruits to eat by the pool. In the evening she took us around town to get some food, which was followed by a spontaneous tempeh cooking lesson which we loved. Thank you so much! We hope we will come back some day โค๏ธ the breakfast was Soto Ayam and tea or coffee, which was really yummy :)

BismillahSince we had to take the children back to the cottage in the Genteng Banyuwangi area in the morning, we decided to leave Bali for transit and spend the night. We looked for affordable accommodation, and we found Bulan Matahari Cottage accommodation...Unexpectedly, at first we were doubtful because access to the location was very narrow through densely populated residential areas. After we arrived at the location, Masya Allah, the atmosphere was really nice and comfortable!If you have plans to go to the Genteng Banyuwangi area in the near future, I recommend trying this cottage.Why? This cottage is very comfortable. The atmosphere and environment are very charming, because there are lots of plants surrounded and you can find rice fields in this resort environment.What's more, you will get an unforgettable experience where this accommodation is located on the edge of the rice fields and you can enjoy views of the rice fields while swimming from the front terrace of your room (exclusive room)There are many open spaces and parks where children can play. As well as swimming in the area inside the cottage, my child really enjoyed it and it was very impressiveThe kind owner and staff provide very friendly, helpful service and feel like friends from afar, hehehe...Anyway, really recommend itWorth *5+

The hotel is good, but the service from the guard is not good, if there is something wrong, you should speak well and politely, not from a distance while smoking and shouting. Sorry, I also paid for the VIP room, if there was a charge, that's fine, because I also wanted to pay more beforehand for 1 extra person. Even though there were 5 people staying in the room next to me, I was the one who was left here.

350 thousand and you can get a super luxurious cottage with a swimming pool bonus. A rural atmosphere in Bali. The location is near the hustle and bustle of Genteng City, even though it is near rice fields, it is really worth it if you enter the cottage. Guaranteed not to want to go home, it's so comfortable. The staff are all friendly. If you want to wash the dishes, you can go straight to the kitchen. If you're in Banyuwangi, you must have a staycation here. Cheap and cheerful. 5 star facilities. The owner, Mrs. Endang, is super friendly even though communication is via WA.

This Cottage is awesome. Starting with easy going booking process via wa (english speaking and hasstle free) then come welcome and friendly staff people greeting you, you are entering the great cottages fully equipped with small parking, water fountain, kitchen, fridge and lovely cats! Soon even coming 4 more new rooms with pool and rice fields view ala Bali style villas. Rooms are great, super clean, fresh, spacious, good smelling and fully equipped with tv, wardrobe, fan, AC, kettler, water and snacks, shower with hot water and pressure and etc. Surely its kinda all inclusive place highly recommened to stay. Only downside is location a bit far from city center ( 1 hour drive) but its not an issue if you are travelling around Banuywangi. Totally satisfied me and my gf

Recommended accommodation in Banyuwangi. Clean place, AC, TV, free wifi, hot water, area for relaxing & drinking coffee, free breakfast, friendly service, there is a mini kitchen too... Suitable for those who bring babies, don't be confused about washing milk bottles...
