This is the mafia! 1. The free parking they promise is someone else's private territory. It is prohibited by law for hotel guests to park their car there! That is, without fines, you can leave your car only in a parking lot far from the hotel. Our acquaintance with this “hotel” began with this unpleasant surprise. 2. The website states that animals are allowed. We came with a well-mannered cat who travels with us everywhere. We visited many hotels with her and there were no problems anywhere. We asked the administration not to clean our room so as not to scare the cat. However, in our absence, someone entered our premises. We realized this because some of our things were in the wrong place. Then we met with the administration several times in the corridor. There were no comments or complaints against us. We left at 7:00 am, as we were in a hurry to get to work. We were unable to rent out the room, since the administration works from 8:00. So we just left the keys and left. At lunch, without explanation or our permission, the hotel charged 200 € from our credit card! We spent a week trying to figure out the reason. And only a week later they told us that the cat scratched the sofa and they took compensation. However, this is a blatant lie: the cat’s claws are completely trimmed, she is well-bred. And if she could cause harm, we would not take her with us on numerous trips and business trips. The furniture was not scratched! This was an excuse for fraud! 3. In addition, the room was dirty, there was centuries-old dust under the bed, which spread throughout the room. 4. Later we read reviews from other customers. It turned out that we were not the only ones who suffered from the fraudulent actions of this hotel. People were accused of stealing towels and money was also stolen illegally. We are experienced travelers. And we have never encountered such an attitude before. Avoid this cesspool!

⛔ Italian flair? The Masalci family, which means story tellers in German, will literally tell you a story that they have no idea about the hotel...⛔ Rooms are dirty, small and uninhabitable for anyone. There's a bottle of water where the cork has already been opened... PLEASE PLEASE, rather sleep on the ground at the main train station before you go there

0 stars, this is what we deserve for taking things from one "room" (which looks like a shop from the street) to another in our absence, along with the disappearance of an envelope with a large amount of money. You brought your family into our room without our consent and even the slightest consultation (we were two people). We came back from work and from the car we see that they leave us calmly, as if they were at home, very surprised that we didn't like it. Although the receptionist swore that there had been contact regarding this matter, after verification it turned out that there was not even a single call, no e-mail to us or the company. Total freedom. I have a recording made when entering the "new" room, which confirms that all the items are missing, i.e. the envelope with money hidden under the laptop. In addition, the lady at the reception said in broken English (no words) that such transfers were normal. An absolute scandal, we have never encountered anything like this. I do not recommend this dirty, unfinished, thievery hotel. The boss is still arranging a solution to this matter, but I strongly advise against it now, so that no one else makes the same mistake as we did and stops there. We canceled the hotel the next day and had to arrange another one quickly, paying another large sum of money.

It does what it has to do. We received a very friendly welcome and had no reason to complain. However, if you expect luxury and a hotel, you've come to the wrong place.

Please avoid this hotel if you want to have a deposit after not specifying it on booking then you are rude on the phone and you charge so much for such a hotel so dear guests who are looking for a hotel avoid staying there.

To flee. 159 euros per room per booking. Price justified by an event in Sttugart. Hotel overlooks the tram line and the main road. It looks more like a pension than a hotel.

Warmens beer costs 3 euros. Visits longer than 5 minutes cost an extra 39 euros. Unfriendly staff. Parking costs 10 euros and you have to worry about coming out again tomorrow. I have never experienced a “hotel” like this in my entire career. Rooms are tiny and not exactly clean. I advise everyone to pay 10 euros more rather than stay here!
