This is my review for the deluxe apartment on the ground floor in Gäufelden: The apartment in the 90s design is quite spacious and is equipped with all the necessary things. The manager was patient and very cooperative about our delay.But I knew where I was traveling and I was also very aware that the external borders of the so-called Stuttgart metropolitan region run close here, but to describe this as a "business apartment", "luxury" and "Stuttgart" is an absolute exaggeration. The apartment is in a craftsman's commercial building in a remote, dreary industrial area, which still doesn't make the apartment "business". In terms of atmosphere, it's certainly good for seasonal employees or temporary workers, but it's absolutely not for tourist purposes or for business people looking for a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is more on the inside of the floor plan and has hardly any light or windows. Visually, I would describe the furnishings as "heavily 90s" and partly worn and stained and the terrace with the roller door next to it would be more of an industrial smoking corner than a deluxe terrace. The advertised outdoor area and outdoor furniture don't work at all. The bathroom is so unattractive and looks more like an employee shower room.

Leftover food in the microwave, mold in the bathroom, rotten curtains and a room that smelled of cold smoke. I would never spend a night there again.I left straight away in the morning after a miserable night. All the furniture was completely worn out, many parts of the kitchen equipment were broken and unusable and the refrigerator hummed at such a volume that you couldn't sleep even with earplugs. But the worst thing was the leftover food in the microwave from the guest beforehand. Just disgusting.The price is completely overpriced for the location and especially for the condition of the apartment.Communication had previously worked well via SMS. Unfortunately there was no response to my complaint via SMS. I shared that I had a miserable night and left straight away in the morning. I asked to see if they would reimburse me for one night as a gesture of goodwill. Because there was no response, I sent the same thing again by email, but this was also ignored. Only when I followed up again did I get the answer that I should have complained directly at check-in. You wouldn't be able to accommodate me like that.All in all, one of the worst experiences I've ever had with accommodation and I travel a lot.

We were looking for accommodation to visit relatives nearby and chose the Businessapart Stuttgart. Very nicely decorated and a very peaceful apartment.Gladly again!

Absolute impudence to charge 70 euros for the room. 1 shared bathroom (where there is no more water coming out of the shower head because of the limescale) for the whole house. No TV in the rooms. Absolutely not recommended this hotel.

Very loving hosts. Simple and very uncomplicated check-in as well as a wonderful and modern apartment with free parking right in front of the door. The kitchen was also very clean and perfectly equipped. Always happy to come back.

There are only rooms without water. This means shared bathrooms for all guests. No reception, nor is anyone on site. Only available via cell phone number. You have to pay yourself using the cash collect system. You should avoid this hotel at all costs!

A nice stylish room and a kitchen with a bathroom, everything is perfectly clean, but the TV is only available in the common kitchen, which is connected to the dining room, which are shared. and appliances (stove with oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and toaster, and a large fridge with freezer), the next thing is the bathroom... A common, nice but very impractical shower, which has no bathtub, so when you take a bath, you have to wipe half the bathroom but I found a squeegee for the windows so it was easier, free parking and no problem even for a large van. I can only recommend it for an emergency sleepover.
