Dirty rooms with worn out and broken furnishings.When the keys were handed over and payment was made, the objection about the unused parking space was "smiled away".The unused parking space still had to be paid for.If you want the room you have to pay, it's still fraud.The rooms are not soundproofed, so conversations in adjacent rooms can be overheard and every opening of the main door at the entrance can be heard acoustically.The adjacent market square and the activities on it are also easy to follow.In my case, the bed had a sagging mattress, which also had a slope.The next time you visit Stuttgart, a youth hostel is probably the better choice.

Rooms were fine, staff friendly. BUT: we traveled with several people who had all booked for themselves. Our credit card was entered incorrectly on booking. Instead of contacting us, our bill was simply charged to someone else. This acquaintance was also informed that my credit card had expired and we were given the acquaintance's name via message so that we knew to whom we should transfer the money. An absolute nonsense!!! The employee was sorry when I pointed this out to her over the phone, but the way personal data is handled here is borderline! One call would have been enough and the correct data would have been stored...
