Unfortunately the hotel is getting a bit old. Some areas have already been beautifully renovated/refurbished. Unfortunately, instead of a beautifully furnished room (as it was pictured), we got a family room of the same size, but with the metal bunk beds for the children, it robbed us all of our sleep because the beds squeaked very loudly every time we turned over. The rest of the room wasn't really convincing either. The restaurant, the outdoor area and the food made up for it. Regarding the location, it should be mentioned that it is located directly on a busy road. In our opinion, anyone who wants peace and quiet is in the wrong place here. As a positive conclusion, I can recommend a nice walk to and around Lake Ebnisee. You can get there directly via a small secret path. Parking spaces are free!

The room wasn't ready until around 4 p.m. and there was no apology from the reception regarding the 1 hour waiting time!! Overall understaffed. The elevator has been out of service for a long time, friends with walking difficulties were accommodated on the 5th floor and had to drag their luggage up the stairs!!! Dinner was okay, breakfast could have had a little more choice. The room was small and had no seating for 2 people... Our anticipation was destroyed in the first few minutes after arrival and we were brought back down to earth! Please don't do it a second time!

We didn't stay there ourselves, but when we invited guests to stay at the Ebnisee Hotel, we got a really good impression. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was perfect - as was the bathroom. Our guests were also very satisfied, the food was good 👍.

We spent one night there as a family and combined it with a visit to Schwabenpark.Our family room was modernly furnished and had a great terrace.But you can see that there is still a lot to renovate in the hotel, but we're getting there.The food in the hotel was also very tasty, although the service staff at dinner seemed a bit overwhelmed.We'll definitely come back again.

We stayed at the Schwabenhotel for one night (combination ticket with the park). Ms. Fink (I'm not sure of her name?) from the reception is such a kind person, totally friendly and very helpful! She really enjoys her work. Big praise to you and also to the young man (waitress) in the restaurant :-). Super friendly & super delicious food. The new family rooms are super nice, very clean, great terrace. We felt completely comfortable. Thank you very much & best regards

A small hotel that is beautiful from the outside. Partially renovated inside and renovation work is still ongoing. The stairwell and our rooms were old and carpeted, which had stains and didn't seem very clean. Overall, the smell in the stairwell and in the rooms was unpleasant. The restaurant and bar (which is not open) had a nice atmosphere that was very cozy. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating.Since we had a voucher, we went to the hotel and stayed there for two nights, actually for wellness, as according to the booking the wellness area opens from October. Unfortunately we thought wrong, a few days before we found out that it wouldn't open until October 7th. Annoying, so we went to a thermal spa in Stuttgart because there was no wellness offer in the hotel for us and the pool was too cold.

We had a family room plus and were thrilled, everything was newly renovated and comfortably furnished in wood.The reception and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The food was delicious, as was the breakfast buffet.

We stayed at this hotel on the first weekend in October with several Smart drivers for the smart autumn tour and we were very satisfied. All the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was very nicely furnished, with great farm furniture, very comfortable beds, a wooden loft bed which looked very cute, we didn't need it, but it was in the room. A very nice little bathroom with a great rain shower, enough towels, Soap, shower lotion, hairdryer and various hygiene items. We always have shower lotion with us, but if something is missing, everything is available. The only small problem was that you don't know what to do with the cosmetics and toothbrushes in the bathroom. The only thing missing is a shelf for these things and two towel hooks for the shower towels would be nice. Otherwise there's really nothing to complain about. The staff in the room The service area is incredibly nice, quick and very helpful. The food is super tasty, everything we ate there was perfect and very hot and the bedside table, homemade ice cream was very good. We ended the evenings in the fireplace room and there too we were well looked after by the waiters. At breakfast there was everything you could want, coffee, water and juice as much as you wanted. There was nothing left to be desired, everything was perfect. We were completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent two days in Schwabenpark and one night in the Schwaben Hotel Ebnisee. The park was a huge highlight for children under 10. Our eyes continued to shine when we arrived at the hotel in the evening. The room was very nice and the children's eyes beamed at the loft bed. A cuddly toy was also given as a gift. The meal continued. A huge portion for little money. You are guaranteed to be full. Nice play area for the children. All the waitresses were very nice and didn't miss anything. There wasn't a long wait for food and drink either. A complete success at the end of the holidays. We'll definitely be back next year.
