Terrible Experience - Stay Away!I had the worst experience of my life at Hotel Abalon in Stuttgart some weeks ago. The hotel is far from the city center, which made everything inconvenient. But what made it truly unbearable was the staff's behavior. They were incredibly rude and made me wait for over an hour under 35-degree sun because they claimed no rooms were available at 4 p.m.When I finally got my room, it was filthy. I found dirt and grime in the bathroom. But the worst part? The bedsheets had stains and small insects crawling on them. I went immediately to complain, but the arrogant reception staff did absolutely nothing to help.Of course I couldn’t tolerate staying there any longer, so I left the hotel with my mother and needed to pay for a second hotel as the staff of course didn't do anything about my complaint. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in all of Europe. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

What a nice place to check in, rooms are spotless, staff very welcoming and friendly.After cutting a stay at their other Hotel Hansa Stuttgart Short due to a terrific experience (bugs in room, molde everywhere and very unsupportive staff), we booked at another Hotel.I couldn't believe that these both hotels are the same group, like Jäckel and Hide. Only 1.4 km apart from each other but miles apart with cleanliness and service.Abalon is very quiet, clean, big rooms and a fantastic layout.Book here if you want to have a nice time ❤️

Room was quiet and comfortable, but the location was on the edge of the city center. Note that the hotel is on a steep hill, everything to the east is very up. Information on Google Maps is inaccurate, there is no A/C and breakfast is not complimentary.

Hygiene is not at a high level, the smell of food was felt in the room and therefore our clothes smelled of food. During the afternoon, garbage was left in front of the door of our room and remained there until the next day. …

I choose this hotel because at walking distance from the city centre of Stuttgart.|Easy enough to find and parking availability for a daily fee.|Big Room with a very comfortable bed (actually for the first time I slept very well in a hotel room). Breakfast buffet also very good.|Staff nice and welcoming.

I made a mistake when I booked a room on the website so I immediately called and wrote an email to change the booking date. I have been told it was impossible to modify the booking because of the information system and i have been fully charged. Their answer was "we cannot be held responsible for your mistake". which means : "we take the money and don't want to help you, bye". I know I made a mistake, i was just expecting customer attention, but for this hotel, customers are only numbers who are there to pay.

Book the reservation at the actual physical location of the hotel and when we checked in, we were given the keys to a room in an apartment building a quarter of a mile away. It required a strenuous walk uphill and we are senior citizens who happen to be in good shape. The room did not have Internet and had just been painted with an incredibly strong paint smell. Additionally, the hallways of this apartment building had overpowering food smells from cooking.

How can you overbook and send 3 families to a lower rate hotel at the day of the checkin? What kind of a cheater you are? I have paid all 3 rooms 1 month before and you forced me to go to a lower rate hotel.Never ever trust this hotel!!!!! For the ones who are considering on choosing this hotel.

We booked this hotel for a business trip during a fair and we arrived at the hotel one day later than expected.We tried reaching out the hotel to inform that we will not arrived on the planned date but we couldn't reahch them by phone.When we arrived at the hotel the already cancelled our booking for the entire week without informing us and they booked our 4 rooms to other guest still they kept all the payment.As it was a fair week, it was almost impossible to book another other for the same day and for the complete week so we ended up doing different hotels during the week.This practice of "No-show" is understandable if we would not have come the entire week to be compensate about the empty rooms due to our absence but as we arrived only 1 day after on 1 complete week of booking, the hotel had no right to book our 4 rooms to other guest and keep both our payment and the new guests payments.This is consider as a fraud but they wouldn't listen or find a solution. They only offer new rooms at a fulll cost again for twice the price...Avoid this hotel if possible

We booked one of the larger rooms with an additional bed. The room was spacious and clean. The shades did a good job of keeping the light out. It was mostly quiet at this hotel but sometimes in the morning we could hear trucks going about outside. No air conditioning but we did have a refrigerator in our room. Our room also had an electric kettle and closet for storing your luggage. Breakfast was wonderful. There were many options to choose from including bacon and eggs, breakfast breads - meats and cheeses. The staff were very friendly and it was an easy process to check in early at 10 am.
