For the price/quality ratio it was pretty good. The breakfast was good, although it was quite standard, but tastier than in many other hotels. The staff are generally friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location and there is a shop nearby. Rooms are a bit dated but generally ok. But the mattresses and pillows are not comfortable. So to fall asleep on them, you need to be well tired during the day. The hotel is calm and quiet

Shower broken, extremely loud construction right downstairs, room was freezing because the balcony door was left open, no one sent me a code so I couldn’t get in last night for a long time even though they knew I was arriving late. Avoid this place.

The room is spacious with balcony and attached bathroom. The service is good and there is daily cleaning as well. The room was very clean. There was breakfast facility but we didn't take it. There is a supermarket penny just behind the hotel. The bus 42 has a stop 100m from the hotel.

For its price, the hotel was more than decent. The staff at the front desk was more than helpful with anything we needed. The furniture is indeed old fashioned and the rooms are not very modern (for example there is no fridge in the room) but considering the fact that we spent most of the time outside, it didn’t bother us. The place was clean and the towels were changed everyday. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We booked and paid for a 5 person suite through booking.com 2 months ahead of our visit. When we arrived to check in, we were told that the suite was not available, and our payment had not gone through. …

Very dated, dark and dingy. A number of faulty items in the room. No shower curtain, bed side light didn't work.It was very cheap however but there are other places within the city that are cheap but well looked after.I assume it is being run down before the building will be redeveloped for flats as there hasn't been any investment in the hotel interior for a long time.

Good price and an okay location. Didn’t have the breakfast. There was in hotel parking but that was for 15€ and we are not doing that when street parking is half the price. The rooms where very dated and ugly. The mattress was good though and there was plenty of natural and artificial light

The place was super unsafe. We had a sleepless night where we had to call the police, as there was a man trying to break in. He was shouting, banging on the door and then trying to push the door to get in. That was at 5am. Before that there was some sort of argument/party going on just outside our door at midnight. There was no help or support provided by the hotel. The reception was closed. Nobody was there to help us. We were scared and we're not able to get any sleep whatsoever. The hotel apologised, but when I asked about the refund they REFUSED!!! It's unbelievable. First they let their guests be unsafe and then they still charge you for the WORST STAY. We travel a lot and stayed in many places, but never had a situation like this. Avoid this place, as they don't care about their guests at all. Also the WiFi didn’t work, shower door was broken, so you couldn't lock it properly, the shower head had a leak, the room door didn't work as it should, so you had to bang it loudly to be able to close the door. The place seems like rundown party house where no one cares about their guests
