At first I was actually a bit skeptical after seeing the reviews, but I dared myself to try staying here for 2 days 1 night.Wifi: A bit slow, but still ok for chatting.Toiletries: Only towels are provided, so you have to bring your own other toiletries.Additional notes: It turned out that there was actually an additional fee when arriving, but because there was no other choice, I still decided to pay. For the same price, I've seen reviews in other places around there and this is the better one.

The service is bad, the room is bad, it doesn't match the picture, there are lots of rats, it smells dirty, it's already been paid off, the guards are told to pay again, the guards are bitchy, it's not recommended at all, it should be used as a morgue.

The bed sheets and pillows were dirty with stains, the toilet was dirty, the room didn't match the pictureThe security number is not updated (the number listed cannot be contacted). It's closed after 12pm, I can't contact you. Not recommended at all.

Definition of deceived image. Worst experience while using Oyo. (I should have ordered a better Red Door). The room was musty, dirty, the AC wasn't cold, the bathroom didn't have water, the sheets seemed to be rarely changed. The corridors are very dirty, and what's even funnier is that there is an additional fee which is said to be for tax even though what we ordered in the application also includes tax. Where there is no parking, so you have to walk all the way from the hospital to Oyo, which is much further, carrying heavy backpacks, bags, etc.

Very strategic accommodation in the middle of the city, right in front of Graha Amerta Soetomo. Clean rooms, clean bathroom facilities, TV, AC, tables, chairs and cupboards. Prices are very affordable, unfortunately there is no parking for motorbikes or cars

When making an online reservation, I don't look at the reviews first, so I don't know if the 1 star is more than the 5 star.The musty room smelled of mold, the bed sheets which were supposed to be clean white, were a bit brownish and had stainsTurn right... graaaak...!!!Get out straight away, let me lose 100 thousand, instead of feeling uncomfortable in my heart and body.Just look for something elseSorry the original review was actually very long. But I couldn't bear to have so many events and atmosphere that weren't cut, didn't edit so they were a bit smooth. Even though it still feels rough. Sorry 🙏Advice for owners, fix it

For a low budget hotel, it's quite clean and nice... close to everywhere... TV channels are clear, the water is smooth especially the water is warm... the AC is normally cold...I was worried when I saw a review that said it was dirty, especially since they like to close access to the hotel at 12 or less... it turns out it can be conditioned by confirming arrival at night so the staff will wait...And without any additional costs, like the previous review which required additional costs... it seems like the hotel service has improved from before

I've booked but it's still a fee, he said OYO allows you to charge a fee if the price is below 150. The way from the lobby to the room smells like rats, when you enter the room the smell of cigarettes is very strong in the room & in the bathroom. It's like someone has just had a cigarette, the smell is really strong. The blanket, bed sheet looks like it has stains, the bed sheet is brownish yellow. So when I sleep I use slime as a sleeping mat. Those who still feel good about having hot water for bathing can still do it. Please the hotel pay more attention to cleanliness. This hotel is close to a hospital, it's a pity that if you are sick you have to feel uncomfortable because of the hotel's service & facilities. For extra cash too, don't join Traveloka, Agoda, etc. if you don't want hotel prices to be cut. Remember, not everyone has extra money, sometimes there are families who come with just enough money, hoping that sick patients will get comfort. Don't let the money withdrawn by the hotel become not halal and the blessings that make the hotel business become less of a blessing

It's really important to write reviews for this accommodation, so that many people will be disappointed.The ugliest and most rundown accommodation, it would be a shame if Oyo collaborated with this accommodation.I was vomiting because the bathroom was so disgustingly dirty, the mattress and blankets had apparently never been washed for years, I wanted to cry, I felt like staying here

Very disappointing, arrived late at night but it was already closed, there was a guard who couldn't open it and check in, in fact the guard was not clearly told to wait until morning, what's the story? I complained to A*oda but Oyo said we had already checked in even though we couldn't get in. How do you want to check in? Can you get in or not!🙂

The room smells like it hasn't been cleaned, the bed sheets are dirty to the point of yellow, the water smells like sewage, the TV can't be used, the towels provided are more like mops. Very disappointed it didn't match what was promoted, I entered at 4am and immediately checked out at 4am because I didn't feel comfortable and it made me nauseous. Hopefully service improvements will be made
