A nice place to stay in a small village, with a beautiful countryside nearby and also shops not far away. Everything was clean in the room, the shower warm and new, drinks and sweets on the table when we arrived (for a single night). Of course, as in many accommodations, you can hear the footsteps of the people staying above. It is also easy to park in the street (and free of charge).

This is wonderful place. Rooms are small, but clean. I really love the style. Everything Is white, decorated by painting from Klajdi Arapi. It makes amazing athmosphere. Owners are very nice people. Every our answers or requires were answered very quickly.

Great little place to stay.The rooms are very very clean.They are equipped with a coffee machine and some cookies. The breakfast is rich. We really liked it and we will definitely come back.Thank you.

Very great little place to relax. The room was very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. The small terrace in front of our room was a real highlight! The air conditioning and the little extras (coffee machine and kettle, fresh fruit) rounded everything off. We felt very comfortable!

Note on the owner's answer: Unfortunately, we felt that way in her house. We hope that all other guests continue to be satisfied.The good reviews on Google, the pictures and the first pleasant telephone contact led us to book the superior room in this “hotel”.Unfortunately it is not a villa, but a renovated older house (statement from the owner) located on the street. And that meant that you could hear the guests above you in the room. Every step in the upper room made you wake up/not be able to fall asleep. The heating in the bathroom didn't work and only when asked was it explained that after the summer the guest would have to turn it on themselves (probably vent it). This has never happened to us in any other accommodation/hotel - and we travel a lot for business.It didn't bother us, but TV wasn't possible, only Netflix could be watched. - we didn't criticize that because it wasn't that relevant to us, but it still wasn't nice.In our opinion, the price-performance ratio was not right. We were well aware in advance that it was not a "4/5 star hotel" and we certainly didn't expect that. For us it was more of a private room than a hotel room - probably due to the renovated, older house. For this reason we will look for another hotel in the future, even if it may not be close.

Very nice B&B. Ideal stop towards Austria. We were 3 people with a 4 year old child. Had a nice room with 3 beds. Very clean and everything in tip top condition. Good communication in advance and nice host and hostess. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast before departure. Definitely recommended.

Ideal if you are passing through. I had a single room. It was small, but had everything I needed. Neat and clean. Self checkin but that went smoothly. It's just in a residential area. Fridge, tea, coffee, water, sweets and cookies were in the room.

Simply Super! I highly recommend staying here. The owners are very kind and friendly, the rooms are well furnished and the cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast was very good! A real Italian cappuccino 🇮🇹I will definitely be back!

Very nice to sleep when you are in transit to or from Austria/Italy.Clean room and super hospitable owners. We were offered a delicious Italian cappuccino before we left early.Be sure to remember this for next time!
