Rooms are expensive at 400 thousand but service is low response. The information was that at 7 o'clock there was breakfast but until 7.30 there was no one on duty at all.

I could say it was the last hotel that still had rooms when I went to Ponorogo, because it coincided with an inter-high school competition, so it was difficult to find a hotel.Breakfast is boxed rice, quite delicious.The room is clean, unfortunately the bathroom floor is slippery.

Take a VIP room (quite expensive, you know) but the sheets are no longer suitable for use (the fabric is loose on the skin, which is uncomfortable), please let the hotel pay more attention to its guests. VIP rooms use boarding house children's blankets hahaha... The hot water doesn't work, I called reception but they said wait 20 minutes, the water will be hot, but it's not hot.

The location is quite strategic in the middle of the city, it's a bit far to find the mosque, the service is pretty good and the guys are also friendly, but the rooms are not clean, the floor is scratchy like it's dusty and what's worse, I couldn't sleep most of the night because it smelled of urine and it was really dirty, maybe the one who stayed overnight Previously someone peed on the bed, it wasn't cleaned, only the sheets were replaced, and the blanket wasn't up to hotel standards for 400 thousand per night... but it needs to be repaired so it won't disappoint future guests, thank you

This hotel is bad... early in the morning the staff there was listening in front of my room.Coincidentally, my sister was staying across from my room, when my sister left the room I saw the staff eavesdropping in front of my room.My sister immediately asked me why? The staff answered that they wanted to ask if they were checking out or not? Even though it was not yet 10 am.Be careful for those of you who want to stay at this hotel...!!!

bad everything is bad. I was resting and it was 12 o'clock at night when suddenly the bedroom door was forced open, no one said anything. I let it go but people kept coming and forcing me to open the door. even my door was banged several times loudly. when it opened it said the room had been booked by the regional police. the receptionist should have been able to say that the room was occupied. I was disappointed because the receptionist did not take any action or even apologize for disturbing my rest time. I am very disappointed.
